I really appreciate the spacing of the room and the design of its facilities. The hotel provides a very good and strong wifi as well as a big number of TV channels.

Unfortunately, I missed my flight and I couldn't go back to the hotel as I was told that the cost for the room will increase of 20 000 for an additional night.

Breakfast might have been better. You should increase the options. Jams and honey must be available in separate packagings for each client.

The front desk guys are excellent

1-You ice dispenser on every floor 2- you need an ironing board in every room

The bed was comfy, the shower was powerful and hot, the room service was quick and it's a good menu, reasonably priced. The pool area is nice. There is a free airport shuttle

There was only one English channel on the TV, which was BBC news and you couldn't put a hard drive in the TV. I also had to move room because the keyboard wouldn't work. My room was set up for one person even though it was a 2 person booking, and it took a couple of hours to get additional pillows, cup and water. There is an additional charge for the jacuzzi and the hammam, but on the webpage it doesn't say there is an additional charge to use them.

The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The property is well maintained.

The maid did miss a couple of items in cleaning the room. But overall, it was clean and welcoming.

Very noisy hotel. Every day you hear music up to 2-3 am. BTW, it really needs renovation. Overpriced. Never again.

the location was good if you want privacy. the facility is good, room air condition working well. spacious outdoor pool. atm machine available. large restaurant for breakfast. big conference room.

but pool table was lousy. the breakfast was fine but quite expensive. hotel price was too high.
