As usual the room was clean, food is okay, beach front property and a good hotel to relax

Check-in was horrible people at the front desk and the male supervisor or the hotel manager needs is very rude and they need to be taught what hospitality is. Maybe since we are locals he would have not given us that much of his concern as "guest". The pillow kept on the room is not sufficient it would be better if there are extra pillows. (room#202) cable channel's are very few i would suggest if possible get a good package with entertainment channels.

Food expensive,,, we order small portion and bill for large portion,, Finally unable to justified had to pay.. also charge for 2 and later informed return money.. be careful

Beach oky, Room facility's call to room boy and ask to supply, we got lunch foods due to good quality, we interest take same in dinner time but absolute 80% not supplied lunch one. Breakfast was very good

The staff were lovely, room boy, receptionist. The beach is right on your doorsteps. Great location. Breakfast on the beach.

The sheets had holes, we had two rooms, one had a bracket for TV but no TV. The hotel was closed up and locked down at 10pm, which we weren't told, so getting back at 12, they had to open it all up for us

Before I start reviewing this hotel - just want to tell that this was our 7th hotel/city in 10 days in Sri Lanka so we kinda got the feeling how things work here. We stayed in hotel witch had more employees at the time than guests! Employees are warm and friendly but poorly managed! Breakfast - lasts 1h...not Because it's rich but because you have to wait for it that long! All that waiting is even worse since you are surrounded by tens of flies! When your toast finally come to table its cold. Well - it's not toast it's just burned bread! The eating area wasn't cleaned so even before you sit - you have to wait till someone comes and cleans your table and chair from the poop of birds or water (if it rained before). And one day there was a night party - the area was filled with bottles which nobody picked! Room - clean bed, clean bathroom. But - drapes are old and dirty, sheets have signs of tear. The only thing that is good - AC (but don't use too much remote....batteries Are almost dead!) and nightstands on both sides of the bed (trying to say something good - this was the best I could think up of) Location - good for beach and really near the center city and lots of shops and food places. All in all - if you want a place to be near the beach and just be on the beach - maybe but with no meals, just not worth the trouble or money
