The view’s are postcard perfect. Lovely apartment and grounds.

Nice and quite. 2x3 large apartments on 3 floors, (6 all in all) sharing two super clean and well conditioned 12x5m pools dept 1.9/0.9m. Whirlpool in the corner of the pool area. Outside BBQ area with fridge. The two top floor apartments have a large private patio 6x6m! + two more balconys. Aircondition in both rooms. Dishwasher, laundry, microwave, cooking plate, owen, fridge. 5 min drive to Nidri beach. 15min walk. Steep from the house. Landlord and cleaning maid very helpfull. Beds are to the hard side and the sofabed is not good for a 2 week stay.

The apartments were comfortable, extremely clean and had goodfacilities. The views were lovely and the location is good as we were in walking distance to the town. The staff we met were friendly and capable.

Everything about Princes Residences was perfect for us . The view from the apartment was stunning. The pool and BBQ areas are set in well kept gardens. Most days we used the pool we had it too ourselves.

This place is amazing, it far exceeded my expectations. The views are amazing and the location is good. There are 2 swimming pools and there aren’t many rooms so quite often get on to yourself! We had our own large terrace with the apartment with amazing views where we could sit and eat and chill out. Very modern and beautiful flowers everywhere. It was perfect. 5-10mins walk from town !

We didn’t mind and managed it multiple times , but there is a short steep hill to get to and from the hotel, but very doable. Also parking available !

We loved our holiday here and cannot recommend highly enough. Both the host Mr Kyriakos and the housekeeper were super helpful and friendly. The property is high spec and views are amazing!
