Really lovely. Tastefully designed and furnished. Great view. Everything we needed was available. Our host Eva has been amazing. Friendly, accommodating and always there to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing not to like

From the moment we arrived and Eva welcomed us our stay was exceptional. Eva thoroughly looked after us starting by making sure we had a taxi booked to get to her place as it was so hot and nothing was too much trouble. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Conveniently situated just on the edge of Giaos with fantastic views over the beautiful harbour entrance and the beautiful Blue Greek water. The beach below the apartment was great for snorkelling and the pool a refreshing addition at the end of a long day in the sea. We had two teenagers with us and the town was safe enough for them to walk into in the evening. We couldn’t recommend the property highly enough - and Eva’s hospitality definitely makes the stay perfect.

Nothing- only that we had to leave at the end of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Pool is quite small if you want to do any decent swimming but more than enough to cool off

Host Eva was extremely friendly, helpful and available. Lovely coastal view in quiet location with easy flat walk to shops and restaurants. Nice pool and deck which was largely unoccupied.

1BR maisonette we had is less spacious and limited than 2BR units; would have opted for the latter if knew

Eva was an excellent host. We loved the property and the location. Everything was immaculate, and we'd have no hesitation recommending Villa Avgerini for anyone heading to the wonderful island of Paxos.

The property was a short walk to town and beaches nearby. The host was super friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was really clean. Didn’t get to use the pool and facilities as much as we could have but great they were there.

Everything. The perfect week to be honest would stay again in a heartbeatX The perfect place to be after a long day exploring the magic island, felt like a home from home except prettier. We were the last to visit there this season and at times felt amazing like kings in the castle Thanks again.

We stayed in the maisonette for one week, in late September - it was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our host Eva could not have been more helpful and friendly, she is a great source of knowledge re the best places to visit and eat. The pool, like the accommodation, is sparkling clean and has fantastic views of the sea. A must for us, was the fact that the short easy walk into Gaios town centre was circa only 10 minutes, along a well lit road which follows the sea. Even though there are no pavements, the traffic was light and the speed slow. Villa Avgerini is in an ideal location for the many restaurants and bars Gaios has to offer, yet is serenely peaceful and beautiful. We loved Paxos and Villa Avgerini, we highly recommend both and will be back. Thanks very much Eva for a great stay, best wishes from George and Lesley.

The taxis are expensive, walking around Gaios is easy, if traveling to other towns on Paxos best to use the bus, which was very good value at circa 6 euros for a return ticket.

We loved Paxos. The accommodation is very nice, clean and the location is great. Walking distance from centre Gaios. And within an even shorter a great restaurant. Eva the host of the location was great and super helpful if you have any questions. She has some very good recommendations for renting a boat or taking a taxi. would recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic location, just a five minute walk into town, was also great that the host (Eva) supplied bottled water and Beer/Wine at a competitive price. Eva could not of been more helpful, even helping me out with the BBQ, worth pointing out that she was very supportive while at the same time offered us our privacy. Would definitely book again. Lovely sea views, easy walk into Gaios and to a tiny cove

Hot water was intermittent, dated decor,the pool was a bit green. I did not want daily cleaning and thought it unecessary to have new towels after 2 days, I'd rather pay less and be left alone. We were told to check out before 11am

Just left villa Avgerini, I cried when I left. The apartments are spacious, very clean and have everything you need. Absolutely amazing view. Gorgeous pool. A easy 10min walk into Gaios. The grounds are immaculate. The owner Eva is just wonderful. So helpful and kind, I couldn't ask for more. 10/10. Paxos is a stunning island. The people are so friendly. I can honestly say this was one of my best holidays. Highly recommend Villa Avgerini and Paxos.

Stayed in Villa Avgerini for 3 nights. Eva the hostess was extremely friendly . The room was spacious and spotless clean. The location is very convenient walking distance to the town of Gaios, yet also in a peaceful and quiet location next to the sea. Thank you Eva for the relaxing and wonderful stay!

Eva and her parents are the perfect hosts. The hotel is perfectly situated a short scenic stroll from Gaios so close to all the boat trips / restaurants etc but nice and quiet. Beautiful pool.

We had an incredible time at Villa Avgerini. Eva and her family were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, you couldn’t wish for better hosts. Their local knowledge and recommendations set us up extremely well to explore all that Paxos has to offer. The villa is located in a very ideal location, a close walk to the town and beaches with a beautiful sea view. We will certainly be coming back again.

Everything good that was said here before me about the villa and the host, Eva, was 100% correct. The villa is perfectly located a few minutes walk from the town, overlooking a gorgeous bay, with the amazing views from a balcony that makes you want to pinch yourself. The villa is clean, well stuffed, with daily cleaning service and everything we needed, including a full kitchen. Eva, the host and the owner, is a gift that keeps on giving. She is very accomodative, knows everyone in town and provided us with the great recommendations and guidance about places to eat, rent a car and a boat, what to see and so on. She is personable and very friendly and always available to help. We have enjoyed every moment of our stay and will be back. Thank you,, Eva, for your everything.

The Villa is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the small town. The view was incredible, the pool was gorgeous and the small beach below the villa was lovely

Everything and everyone! Quite simply one of the loveliest places we’ve ever stayed. Stunning location, gorgeous villa and Eva, the owner, was a joy. The minute we arrived our Covid concerns were banished. This villa is absolutely spotless.

Leaving!

Perfectly located close to a small beach and in 10 min easy walking distance to Gaios. The apartment was large and provided every little thing that you usually miss. It was very clean and equipped with a lot of things. There is also a large terrace outside suitable for Yoga or sunbathing/reading sessions. Eva was always there to help with anything you would need.

There was really nothing to complain about (for a German this is the highest compliment we are able to give ;-)

Everything was perfect. Eva is the perfect host...she manages to be entirely helpful and available without being intrusive in the slightest. The property was immaculately clean, Covid-safe and perfectly located for us to walk to lots of beaches and into Gaios for dinner each evening. It was absolutely perfect, thank you!
