We did not had the breakfast
Check in time as we reached early and we had to wait for check-in as they mentioned checkin will be at 12 only

Normally all other resorts are giving breakfast including their charges ,but this resort need extra charge for that
,and we request tea powder but we didnt get ,
The reception staff (when we check in ,not check out)was very rude person

Only the location.
Towel was untidy,,bathroom was not properly cleaned, not at all professional in any aspect.

Tulip vally view is very old and not a good resort But the location is very good. They haveanother tulip vally view face 2 resort just near to tulip vally view. We stayed in that resort only and that is a very good property
Food not available in vally view face 2 resort and we have to order through swiggy etc

It's a beautiful location and rooms have a nice view.
They are very organized and reachable. They have everything set in place for someone visiting ooty.
Better transportation facilities at affordable rates will be helpful.
The food was okey, good food makes everyone happy. So please consider.

Horrible experience. Staff are very terrible. They harassed us like anything. Made us to shift from property to property with luggage. Didn't provide us the rooms that we had booked. Charged extra for nothing.
Very bad experience. Resort is not at all good. Still under construction. The rooms are very dirty. Please do not book this resort. No safety. No responsibility of the staff for anything.
