Casa luminosa, funcional con una cuidada y divertida decoración moderno-contemporánea-retro 70's y 80's , se trata de la planta superior de vivienda unifamiliar y reformada por completo , mobiliario nuevo y suelo de tarima, amplio salón con Smart tv 47' HD + canales satélite + Ono tv con Tivo. Con jardín de acceso privado y gran terraza soleada ,exclusiva ....única en la ciudad , cuarto de baño con jacuzzi de alta gama de 24 jets (agua y agua + aire) cromoterapia, aromaterapia e iluminación relax, piezas sanitarias de diseño suspendidas y suelo hidráulico. Terraza chill out con mesa -sillas y tumbonas , un balancín ,solarium , gran barbacoa y en verano una piscina hinchable ! :-D
La casa es un lugar especial , refugio de artistas que han pasado por Murcia, eventos y presentaciones culturales,fondo para un libro de fotografía e incluso un espacio de rodajes para publicidad y videos musicales.
Creemos en la casa y ponemos todo lo mejor para que sea algo mas que una simple casa de alquiler , pues eso nos aburriría.Es mucho mas que eso.
Pensamos que para hacer un viaje especial hay que elegir un alojamiento especial, nosotros se lo ofrecemos.
Importante: Limpieza final y deposito o fianza son conceptos no incluidos que se abonan por separado en metálico al llegar en la entrega de llaves : Limpieza final 45 euros 2 personas, 55 euros 3-4 personas,60 euros 5 personas, 65 euros 6 personas, Limpieza final + cambio de agua piscina 75 euros , estancias superiores a 9 dias 75 euros. Depósito de daños o fianza 250 euros , reembolsable al final de la estancia .

We had a perfect stay at Juan’s fantastic apartment in June. Juan is a warm and generous host and his home is beautiful. (He lives downstairs and the entrance to the apartment is totally private.) It has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a shady terrace with disco balls on the roof! We felt totally at home. It’s less than 10 minutes to the heart of the centre of Murcia. You can walk through nearby park Floridablanca, and you’re at the lovely huge municipal pool where you can swim in the shadow of the cathedral. We were on a walking holiday so we didn’t go far, there was plenty going on in the city to keep us entertained at night, and by day we cooled off in the huge paddling pool on the terrace in the day. Get a train (station is a two-minute walk) to Cartagena. After a day in the city of Cartagena, you can get the bus (five minutes up the road from the station - up from the fountains) to a lovely beach called Cala Cortina. We saw flying flamingoes! We didn’t have a car and managed fine on our trip. There’s a huge supermarket outside the apartment. Murcia is also a very vegan-friendly city, with a handful of restaurants in one square, near the cathedral, serving delicious, inventive vegan meals. The train is easy for trips onward, to Barcelona, for example. The temperatures were up to 40 celcius during a heatwave and Juan’s apartment kept us totally cool. Our toddler loved the space. The beds are comfy, the whirlpool bath is a treat. It really is an oasis in the city. Thank you, Juan. We’ll never forget our stay.

Funky, playful, spacious apartment. Great location. Can walk to centre. Juan was incredibly kind and helpful. He even provided dozens of fresh oranges from his trees for us to make juice with. Blackout shutters/shades ensure a good night sleep. Mattress was very comfortable, and plush towels. We would have stayed longer but the apartment was already reserved so we could only book for 3 nights.

Belle maison située près du centre-ville, environnement très pratique. La grande terrasse est un plus indéniable. Quant au propriétaire, c'est une personne charmante et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Hébergement hautement recommandable !

Our host was very warm and hospitable: Juan welcomed us with 2 bunches of flowers and excellent oranges and bread, and gave good advice for dining out. Very comfortable place to stay (2 adults and one dog). The apartment was very clean and cozy with air con and extra heaters in the bedrooms (comfy beds). Fast WI-FI, nice flat screen satellite TV in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen, where we found some coffee, tea, salt, olive oil, spices... Terrace and barbecue. Easy parking and a supermarket, playground for children and dogs, bars and restaurants close by were very convenient. Walking distance (approx 15 minutes) to the Cathedral and city center. Good situation for side trips (Cartagena, Cabo de Palos...). We would stay here again!

During Semana Santa 2014 we stayed a week at the home of Juan and Teresa. It is quiet, comfortable and has a special, cozy interior with a spacious terrace, all on the 1st floor. Nearby are public transport, plenty of shops and restaurants. Also, the lively old centre of Murcia is easily reached on foot, where you will find many cafes and beautiful museums.
Juan is a friendly, excellent host and was very helpful.
Not far from Murcia are (mountain) walking areas and ancient cities such as Cartagena, easily reached by car.
In short: a recommendable place to stay!
