Perfect for our 3 year old Granddaughter, but good for us too!

Excellent breakfast every day. Full choice of hot and cold options. Lunch and dinner equally as good with a wide choice of excellent food. Probably a choice of 8-10 main courses every evening. Great for couples and families. Lots of activities with the inhouse team if you want them. Just a 10 minute seafront walk into Cala Bona, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms were great with 2 TV's showing all the usual UK channels.

Everything was incredible

The hotel was super nice but the food can be improved. On some days the food was very good but in some, I didn't have what to eat. Breakfast was ok, lot of choices but everyday was the same food

From the first moment until check out everything was perfect. We were very sad that we had to continue out trip and leave this place, but we are planning to come again for sure. Daily change of room towels and cleaning, excellent breakfast, very quiet and relaxing.

Only the balcony view from our room was not like we expected, but we didn't spend much time there anyway, so not a big deal. We got a room upgrade, so no complaints. 10/10

Clean, well maintained and great staff

Animation staff were pleasant, good choice of pools, free room upgrade on arrival, lifeguards sanitising pool area often, good variety of food despite the poor quality, good variety of salad, great kids activities and entertainment, fitness instructor was also good.

Food quality was not good. Charcoal burnt base pizzas, paella was always either burnt to the pan or still crunchy raw, food cooked to order at the chef station was always drowned in oil and salt despite asking them not to, my partner lived on chips and salad most of the week so we went out for dinner the last 4 nights out of 7. Staff in the dining hall were told only to open two small areas, (about half the dining area) and then of that space open only 50% of the tables could be used. As the hotel got busier throughout our stay this resulted in us and others not being able to find tables to sit at with our food. Despite bringing this up with management and they promised to open more areas... the day after there was still the same amount of tables, same areas and same problem. Thankfully we were flying home that evening as more and more people poured through the door. Check out was awful, we had to wait in a queue of 10 families checking in just to check out. 35 minutes waiting for a 30 second conversation and key return. Luckily we left to check out half hour early and didn't have a transfer waiting. If we had we certainly would have missed it. They could do with a designated check out area around check out time like other hotels I've stayed in do. There's a public road directly through the centre of the hotel between the small baby pool and the bar. It's not blocked off at all and kids can easily get to the road. Also the same issue is at the back of the hotel near the main pool, but this has access to a rocky cliff dropping into the sea. If I had children these security factors would worry me. The taverna was closed due to coronavirus which we were not informed of before arrival, so we had to get all food and drinks from one location. The bar staff worked hard, but having one person serving the whole hotel meant increasingly long waits for drinks, we ended up buying our own water from the supermarket in the end. Rooms were also very noisy.
