The pillows were far too hard
The steps down to toilets by the pool are dangerous and need a handrail or bar to make first step safer

The location of Jable Bernidas is perfect, the apartment we stayed in was beside the pool and as we were there to relax and recuperate it was awesome to be so close to the facilities. The pool bar staff were friendly and the food was good value.
We have stayed here 4 times now and feel comfortable going to the pool bar on our own (Auntie amd Niece) or together.
On our previous visits the cleanliness has been exceptional, however, on this occasion we had a dead cockroach in our apartment on arrival (which cant be avoided) but this critter remained there for the whole of our stay. Also, everytime we had our apartment cleaned they pushed the beds back together - never happened on our previous stays, also, while not a major issue, it was annoying especially as we clearly had single beds when they came in.

The apartment was clean and basic...
Didn't like the hills we had to climb to and from apartments and everywhere, it seemed. Not a great, seaview, half abscured by building, noisy buses having great trouble driving through the narrow street outside our door, as cars parked on either side, aslo they constantly pulled up outside our apartment as it was a pickup point, no privacy on balcony,,
The fridge didn't work properly, satellite TV consist of 4 English channels,

Everything, the apartment, pool & pool bar were ideal for our stay. Location was good, very safe area.

Towels were atrocious. I dry my floors at home with better quality one's. Must be 40 yr old. Smell of old, holes and thread bare. Little did we know , first lot where the "plush " ones. Got a whole lot worse from there, no AC only a fan in bedroom. Need at least another fan in main area. Very uncomfortable.

The location and facilities are good. Staff are very pleasant. The wifi and remote fan was a nice bonus to have.
The allocation of our particular apartment did not suit a couple looking for r&r unfortunately.
