The apartment floors I feel need a deep clean around edges and grout between tiles The pillows were far too hard The steps down to toilets by the pool are dangerous and need a handrail or bar to make first step safer

The location of Jable Bernidas is perfect, the apartment we stayed in was beside the pool and as we were there to relax and recuperate it was awesome to be so close to the facilities. The pool bar staff were friendly and the food was good value. We have stayed here 4 times now and feel comfortable going to the pool bar on our own (Auntie amd Niece) or together.

On our previous visits the cleanliness has been exceptional, however, on this occasion we had a dead cockroach in our apartment on arrival (which cant be avoided) but this critter remained there for the whole of our stay. Also, everytime we had our apartment cleaned they pushed the beds back together - never happened on our previous stays, also, while not a major issue, it was annoying especially as we clearly had single beds when they came in.

We were over for the iron man competition So we're we stayed was good

We paid for sea view it was not a great view looking across road through trees you see the sea not what we paid over 300 euro for not the picture on booking. Com

That the staff listened to our complaints and dealt with it .
