Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect

Did not realise there would be a noisy rooftop bar - be aware if you book on the weekend. Asked for a silent room when booking, but the music was super loud even on 4th floor with the rooftop on 7th. Asked to move but had to wait one day before it was possible. At least staff followed up and was helpful. Breakfast could have a much better selection too. Especially for gluten free options.

the hotel is located in the city center so everything is accessible & in walking distance. Their staffs were friendly.

what was unappealing was the road repair, and the parking area, it is too tiny and they dont have enough parking space for customers but all in all it was a pleasant stay, it is worth the price & definitely will book again with my family

Very good location for thouse who are travelling for Chalmers University. There is 5 min free ferry right from the hotel. At the same time it's not far from centrum of the city. Breackfast was good, bed was comfortable.

Very long corridors on floors, it's like labberint. Nothing serios.

Food was really good, fresh. Comfortable beds. Location great. Close to bus stops.

Massive rooms, we booked the superior twin room, and requested a double bed on arrival, staff were able to give us a room with a king size bed and a bath! Bathroom had underfloor heating. Plenty of windows in our room. Sauna in the women's and men's change rooms in the basement level. Breakfast was quite tasty with many options.

You are not able to book rooms with bath options and king bed options, only twin rooms. Sheets were unfortunately quite rough, and the towels provided very small. Only shampoo/body wash combination provided, no moisturiser or conditioner. No kettle for tea/coffees in the room. No tissues or toiletries in the room. Breakfast only runs until 9:30 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends, which wasn't really enough time for us unfortunately. Housekeeping only comes every 4 days (can be arranged for everyday though apparently). Quite expensive for the lack of amenities in the room.

The room was cold that was the only downside
