Hi there will ask you for a deposit and that process will take about 5 to 8 emails from them back-and-forth if you have easy booking that’s not the one.
Location is right outside the main road .
And to get your deposit back, you have to message them because I haven’t got it back at the checkout.
Check out time is 10am check-in is 3pm but they text me close to 5 on the day that my property is ready exactly 16.48 that’s nearly 2 hours after checking supposed to happen all in all I would not recommend also poor customer service.

property was well stocked and really spacious and comfortable
rear of the building parking was a bit of a pain as you had to walk down steps at side and then up to first floor apartment, but if your aware of it not a problem. I parked out from and unloaded suit cases before taking car round back to parking space

Really nice, modern and clean. Excellent apartment all you could ask for. Spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately the lovely apartment is right on a busy road so if you’re a light sleeper this is not for you. Could do with sound proving windows in bedroom, air con and black out curtains then this would be the perfect place to stay.
Still had a great stay though

The property had everything we needed
The property was near the road which got busy early in the morning and again in the late afternoon, some of the utilities could do with being replaced, i.e. kitchen tap, and shower flexible pipe

It was very comfortable and clean. We were there for a wedding, so the iron was very useful! Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, sofa and easy chairs.
If I'm being very picky, I'd say the en suite bathroom could do with a shower curtain, and the living room doesn't get much natural light so seemed a little gloomy. Small things, though.

Loved the apartment and location. There was locked parking for the car which was a bonus.
The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful property in a great location, clean and well kept and spacious.
I didn't think the heating was adequate for the size of the rooms but that's my only criticism

very disappointed with access to property, many steep steps, very difficult to take bags in.
the bedrooms were right on the road, so very aware of the fast traffic at night
The towels were very worn and hard
need to up date details of where to go, went to find pub recommended only to find it was closed due to fire
need to up date kitchen utensils, i.e spatula when using frying pan
felt they were using very light weight duvets considering our stay was in February, winter season, spent most our stay cold
not very happy about scaffolding outside window
wifi not very good, could not get access on laptop and TV kept cutting out
Definitely would not describe property as luxury apartment

Everything was nice & tidy. The apartment was looking like brand new. Landlords is very helpful & cooperative. I will visit again to this property.

felt very private and secure.
the only thing I would like to suggest is maybe add shutters or something to the inside of the winders to deafen the road noise. it’s not a busy busy road but I was woken up a few times.

great size, plenty of space, toys for the kids, 2 bathrooms! lots of dvds for the kids and adults to watch on rainy days. kitchen well appointed with all the necessary.
parking at rear of property, but not overly difficult to manage. glass table top protectors were not secure in living room and bedrooms, could be an issue with little ones. not many places to eat nearby, but excellent Nepalease takeaway!!

Once we ran the hosts to inform them of our arrival time, a comprehensive text was immediately sent containing clear instructions about access. Once in a folder listing information was clearly visible.

The security measures at the property were troublesome. In particular accessing the car park area, the electronic gates did not open despite entering the code. They also closed prematurely whilst a vehicle was passing through them.

The lack of cutlery. We were told the apartment could accommodate five, yet there was not enough knives, forks or spoons for five. Also there was only four dining chairs, one member of our party had to sit on a side table to join the family for meals.
