Very kind and pleasant staff. We ran into some WiFi issues during my stay and they allowed me to depart early with a partial refund.

Hotel decor is dated in the rooms.

Nice and clean, staff very pleasant. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. We only had a b&b so can't comment on the rest of the meals

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. I really liked the staff, the food, and the facilities.

Very clean apartments and communal areas, inside the hotel is great very modern and bright, the staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a good selection of drinks on the all inclusive option and also a good selection of food at breakfast.

The hot food wasn’t very hot pretty much cold most of the time, and at dinner it would have been nice to have a bit more variety of hot food and maybe some fresh food / dishes being cooked at the cooks station as there was at breakfast time.

The location was great, surrounded by the green pine trees, breakfast is ok, nice live singers in the evening. Lovely staff at the hotel, smiley and helpful, very chilled and calm.

The hotel don’t offer much, I expected more at the apartment hotel. The wasn’t a hand wash, only shower gel/shampoo, no tissues, no carpet at the floor, the mattress and pillows are really uncomfortable hence hard to have a good rest. The furniture haven’t been fully refurbished, still old doors, tables, old bathroom.

☆The staff were all great.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable! ☆The variety of food was amazing and we felt so spoiled by restaurant staff who were always working extremely hard providing great service throughout our stay. ☆The powerful shower and spacious rooms. ☆Regularly changed towels . ☆Glass bottled water in the rooms. hotel apartments could be more homely.Adding artwork,photography on the walls,an extra blankets in the room would give that homely feel.The small things make the difference😊

Rooms are spacious and clean. I like also the design of the hotel, it looks modern and cool. Food selection for dinner was good and food overall was fine. Staff is really friendly and always smiling, this is very nice :) Hotel facilities are fine and location is also ok. Wi-fi works good. Generally we had good time there.

There are many small things which could be improved in the hotel to make the experience better: - In general the rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable, but the equipment in the kitchen and bathroom is very old. Kitchen needs some renovation... Even when we only used it few times it was for example hard even to cook an omelet as the non-stick pan is missing and the stove is very old. In the bathroom the major thing, which in my opinion, should be replaced is the hair dryer. It was broken once during our stay, but even when it was working it was still really poor. - Daily cleaning is not always daily and sometimes our room was not cleaned until the evening. We run out of toilet paper, our child's own towel was once taken away by mistake (we got it back after 2 days), bed sheets could be changed by request and not once per week, and generally some improvements could done there. - In my opinion serving scrambled eggs and omelettes for breakfast not from real eggs, but from the already artificial-processed mixture is not acceptable for 4* hotel... Breakfast selection is wide, but not all good quality and if you are not a fan of English style breakfast it gets tricky after few days. - During the weekend there was loud music until later hours (like 22.30-23), while travelling with small child it was not really nice and relaxing for us.

Clean and tidy, good facilities, good choice of refreshments and breakfast, main menu good value. Clean tidy pool areas, plenty of beds, excellent service from hotel staff.. well worth a look

Access to the terrace is a bit awkward as you have to go through one of the bedrooms, air conditioning unit on the balcony not ideal

Staff were the real highlight - such lovely people. Our self-catering room was great. The pools were lovely, lots of beds so it wasn't too difficult to find space.

One suggestion is that washing up equipment (soap, dish cloth for drying etc) should be supplied. It seems wasteful that every guest would purchase these separately. Tiny complaint though, in general we loved this hotel.
