Breakfast is poor, but seems typical for hotels in the area. no complimentary water.

Registered for the rewards program while at reception & was advised I would receive an email to confirm. Unfortunately, I haven't received the confirmation email yet. Spoke with reception a couple of weeks later, while requesting a copy of a receipt & mentioned that I hadn't received the email confirmation on the rewards program & was advised it would be followed up, but still nothing.

Only there for the night, the bed was great and I slept like a log.

The food on Friday night was amazing. The staff were great. ( red head lady in particular). Staff overall were great.

Maintenance was seriously underdone. The light in the room was broken, the toilet seat was broken, curtains need a good steam clean,

We booked a room for 3 e people there was only 1 king-size t bed in the room we had to wait until 8-30 for a trundle bed, there were only enough cups, sauces etcetera for 2 people.

Travelling with 4 young boys We booked the Ryeges Hotel only because it had a pool and jacuzzi, the pool area was closed for the majority of our stay we were offered tickets to the nearby leisure centre where nothing was working at a cost of $70 for taxi fares to get there.

A bit out of the city in south Kalgoorlie so multiple taxis used to get around
