Das Gelände drum herum, das Frühstück und das man Hunde mitbringen darf.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Schimmel in der Badewanne, Spinnweben, kaputtes Fenster und Gardine.
Die Sitzpolster im Restaurant auf den Bänken und den Stühlen sind teilweise stark fleckig.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt tropfte es aus der Decke direkt neben das Frühstücksbüffet.

Spacious rooms, excellent food and friendly service from staff. The swimming pool was lovely.
There were no massages available (this was not indicated when we booked) and part of the reason we booked was to treat ourselves to spa treatments.

The hotel is located close to the highway. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods.
Our room smelled like skunk or weed. It was hot and uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, the decor is old and the only ventilation is a small window. You have to choose between safety or comfort- during the warm summer months you have to sleep with the balcony door open with no screens or sweat in your room.

Great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant
I know that AC is not something that is very common in German hotels but when it is 30 degrees outside, the warmth is unbearable. I would recommend the hotel to put a fan in each room at least

Nice and clean. Great spa ! Friendly service.
Extra beds were no good. Our “third” child in the two rooms with a - paid for - extra bed, had to sleep in the double beds with our two other children - making that three children (also grown ups) in one double bed.

A nice Hotel in beautiful surroundings. Close to the road (A7), but still on the countryside. Very friendly staff. We booked with 30 min planning because we were on the road from Switzerland to Sweden. Great breakfast! We did not use the spa, but next time 😀

The rooms, facilities, breakfast and staff - all much better than expected!
The only surprising thing is that the menu in the restaurant is the same every evening, and it's not very rich. So for two dinners it may be ok, but not more. And the other restaurants are quite far away :/

Countryside
The room I had was very old. They never show this on their picture. It’s a shame that I paid for a renovated room and had this old one. Bathroom from 1980!

They have a playground on site and the hotel has plenty of outdoor space where one can do a picnic or sunbath. There is even a small walk starting right at the hotel.
The restaurant on site is preparing delicious food even when a bit too fancy for small kids.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
The room was ugly, not cosy at all. Dinner took more than an hour to prepare. Despite us being there with two little kids they did not tell us when we ordered that it will take so long.

Great pool, friendly staff. Secluded location
The food ala carte is bit overpriced, saunas are not turned on early in the morning. Staff generally friendly, flexible. Hotel needs to fix its no smonking policy as the balconies are close and interconnected. Will come back though.
