The owner is very kind person. Always willing to help with anything. My kids felt like at home and were very happy due this friendly attitude. Room was like on pictures. Basic breakfast, but with very good coffee. Hermes car rental in front of hotel.

Very friendly owner and staff. Gave us lots of info about local amenities and places to visit. Great location near the beach and most beach bars, nightclubs. Great value for money room. Good wi-fi speed and coverage. Near a parking lot.

The space felt small for 4 adults at times. Didnt really like the shower/toilet combination. Water would often escape into the corridor under the door when showering. Wish there was an extra AC unit in the room, it was hard to cool the double bed and upstairs room.

- the traditional architecture and the amenities - there was no TV but for us it did not matter as we don't enjoy it anyway - the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for preparing small meals - there were some lovely kittens in the garden and we loved playing with them - there is a bar at the location were you can enjoy a drink and the music is not so loud that can affect the vacation vibe or tiredness - lots of tavernas near the location, 2-3 minutes - 5min to a nice sandy beach

The location was great, the best part was actually the balcony. It was beautiful to just see there, surrounded by flowers with the sun hitting. The size of the studio was great and enough for two people.

I am always looking for a quiet place near the sea. It's beautiful ! Greek style rooms. they are not large but very comfortable. Owners are helpful and kind .. here supermarkets and restaurants.

The property is a traditional Cretan bulding with a beautiful garden, lots of flowers and great location

My best place so far☺️. Did not show from outside but the place is a real gem, rustic, charming and very well located. Close to the beach, to town, supermarket just few steps, very good restaurant next door. Thank you Kosta and Georgios for the warm welcome and for taking good care of us (and to Rock the back door guard) and special thanks to Mica for the delicious breakfast. We hope to be back to Malia and then we’ll meet again.

Cold showers in the morning

A very nice small traditional cretean style hotel run by friendly young owners who took over the hotel in 2020. Though a bit difficult to find its situated a bit setback from the main road outside the centre of malia and therefore there is almost no trafic noise. The rooms are comfotable with good beds. The hotel has a small bar attached to it which serves excellent cocktails and is used as breakfast room in the morning. The breakfast is simple continental style but especially the greek yoghurt with honney is a must. The hotel has no kitchen but next door is a nice restaurant that serves tasty mezes (cretean tappas). On the other side of the hotel is a small super market and a bakery.

The family that run it are very nice people and always there to help you with anything. Nice breakfast. Regular BBQs with discount if you are staying there. Good internet. Right beside the beach. Access to other hotels swimming pools. I would definitely stay again
