Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, die Lage und der Innenhof des Hotels sind sehr schön gelegen. Auch das Personal war meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten sind sehr hart, was mir aber gut getan hat. Behandlungen hatten wir keine gebucht, da war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz.

Wir waren im "Franz Kafka", die Türe hinein ließ sich kaum öffnen und klemmt, das müsste dringend repariert werden. Leider konnte man die Fenster über der Eingangstüre nicht verdunkeln, so dass es morgens sehr hell schnell hell wird im Schlafraum. Die Steckdose am Fön im Bad funktioniert leider auch nicht.

ruhige Lage des Hotels

Das Inchecken sehr unpersönlich: Passnumer, Geburtsdatum, Telefonnummer und Zimmerschlüssel übergabe. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht und lag unten im Inennhof des Hotels. Alle Geräusche von Gästen oder Personal beim Decken des Frühstücks waren total störend. Ich frage mich warum man da Gäste unterbringt. Leider war die Dame, die uns das Zimmer zugewiesen hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr ane wesend.

In vielen Ecken sieht man den Renovierungsbedarf. Swimmingpool sieht auf den Bildern viel größer aus - in der Realität ist eher ein erwachsener Planschbecken… Wellness Hotel?

There was nothing I didn’t like but it maybe a good idea if a price list was provided for drinks from the bar and a menu for the evening meal .

We had a really quirky room with an elevator. This was excellent and really amused my husband! The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast but given that oranges are in such abundance we would like to have had fresh orange juice for breakfast.

The staff were lovely. The room fantastic, great location.

The spa could have done with a bit of sprucing up, it looked very tired and dated. The outside plunge pool was extremely dirty and I would not have risked going in it as it was frequented by lots of pigeons. I also was not sure about the fact there did not appear to be a menu for the restaurant and we were just told it was a set meal. My partner does not eat fish, so if fish was on the menu we would not have been able to eat here. I do not understand why no menu.
