I really liked the location, it was on the main street, it had a beautiful view and it was close to most shops. The room was clean and comfortable and it had a big bath tub which I liked especially. The hotel has a restaurant and a swimming pool which I didn't get to but I would love to try them when I'll visit Veliko Tarnovo again.

Not that many parking spots, but it's understandable why, as there isn't much space on the main street.

Mobilă veche și înghesuită, prea puține prize, salteaua nu prea confortabilă. Liftul este foarte aglomerat și până te prinzi de graficul din lift, mergi aiurea.

Отель расположен на склоне с хорошим местоположеием до достопримечательностей и видом с террасы. Тихо ночью. Неплохой завтрак. Предоставляются шампуни и мыло. Есть бассейн.

Не очень хороший слив воды в ванной, ночью убили таракана в туалете.

The view is amazing and the rooms are very big, we had an apartment! Also the staff it was really nice 👍 will definitely come back soon!

The location, the view from the balcony, breakfast was rich and tasty, staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are not enough parking lots and you might have a problem finding a place to park your car.

We liked the location as it was central and also that we could park the car in front of the hotel and also a lot of goods restaurant were very close. The pool was a plus but it needed renovation because of the old walls.

The breakfast was not of good quality and very poor with cheap products. The coffee was instant type and very bad at taste, so we needed to pay extra for a coffee from beans. In the room, it was not clean. The bathroom was not functioning well because of the water flowing everywhere on the floor after we had a bath. The heating system made a lot of noise, we could not sleep and we could not stop it because it got cold fast. The entire hotel needs renovation because it looks old.

Very good location, close to the main sighseeing places, close to good restaurants. Also the view from the room was great. Overall, a good experience.

Old hotel, needs some refurbishment. The rooms are correct but you can clearly see that everything is dated and needs refreshing.
