Very warm and welcoming couple exceptionally clean and excellent breakfast .Highly recommended this guest house.

Lovely B&B. Room good size. Liz was very welcoming and called to say my room was ready early. Easy to find. You will be hard pushed to find better accommodation in Ayr. Breakfast menu gives great choice of food to set you up for your day. Congratulations on a well run B&B

Liz is lovely, guesthouse is Spotless

Breakfast was lavish...Liz made sure our tummies are Happy & Full with variety of Cornflakes, Basket of Fruits, Juices, Egg varieties, Croissants, Potato Scones, Tea-Coffee... Rooms were spacious n Clean...well warm specially considering for our parents...super happy for making that sure... Room were well equipped with Tea / Coffee sachets and water bottles...much needed one... Parking was off the road but still nearby so no complaints... We're celebrating a birthday, so Doug happily allowed us to arrange the decoration even though it was late to let us enjoy the time. Thank you very much for that.

Would have loved to spend more time / days but there's always a next time.

Beautiful comfortable guesthouse. The host Liz has to be the best host I've ever known, pleasant, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The other staff were also very good. Breakfast is amazing and beds are comfortable.

The only fault was the shower where the temperature kept going from really hot to really cold.
