great location and value for money. very comfortable bed and we had a great room upgrade to a corner room which was lovely of the hotel

overall the hotel looked tired, needs some renovation, the carpets in the hallways were stained and tired, however everything was clean ans respectable, just needs a more modern makeover, and it could be an amazing hotel, as great location in this great city.

The breakfast was nice with a good selection. Items were of average quality and staff in the breakfast area were nice.

The shower design is poor and the water doesn't just leak out, it pours out. If I had taken a long shower the water would have run all the way down the hallway and not out of the bathroom and just a meter into the hallway. The toilet paper holder pulled off the wall when I pulled down to get some toilet paper. And the bathtub didn't drain very well to say the least. When I told the reception, I was asked if I could live with it. Not the desired response and thus the lower rating.

Weak Wi-Fi, 10 minutes far from center

A/C fan not usable, so freezing cold we had to turn it off. Rhe porch was shared by other guests to no window or door could be opened. When asked for help hotel stuff offered another room.withput even checking the unit. The A/C in the other toom was a bit less freezing but too cold to use. Fan could not be eliminated a well. Loud noise from outside so the door to porch had to stay closed. The bed was extremely small and the mattress had a very big dent. The sheets were not put in place. It was late at night and we had to leave very early so there was no time to try to move to a 3rd room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

You can't find a better hotel then Volos Palace! Everything is perfect: location, staff, room, breakfast. All are kind and pay attention to your needs! Good job!

We stayed a second time in Volos palace and we are happy with the hotel. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel.

The two rooms we booked were on different floors, but for one night not really a problem

Air condition was too high, either the room was too cold or too hot. The beds could be better, more pillows are required
