There were three people, a lady and 2 gentlemen at reception who were super nice, kind and helpful. The view from the room was very nice.
The staff at the spa were rude and constantly stressed making the environment undesirable for relaxation. There was no good coffee at breakfast or anywhere in the hotel that was available in the morning. Just a Nescafe machine.

We had a sea view room, which was terrific. Looking at the other rooms, it was a no brainer! Listening to the waves lap in the morning was heavenly, and we were on the 4th floor.
Everything was clean. Staff were great, and the breakfast was delicious. We had some food in the restaurant too, which was fab and the menu very varied, and the rooftop bar was also very lovely to have a night cap.

I requested a quiet sea view room and that which I was allocated was just perfect; on the uppermost floor and away from any nighttime entertainment noise. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The ambience in the dining room where breakfast is served is superb; calm and well-organised with wonderful sea views and the variety of food offered is great. the coffee is very good 👍🏼 Free parking is a real bonus.
WiFi is very intermittent in rooms away from the central hub of the hotel.

I have been going back to this hotel for years now and the standard is always impeccable. The location and the facilities are excellent but it is the staff with their efficiency, professional and friendly attitude that make every stay wonderful!

I asked for a sea view room on the fourth floor. It was was spacious and clean with lovely sea views. Moreover it was exceptionally quiet which meant I enjoyed a very relaxing stay after a long journey. The breakfast room is wonderful; light, bright and welcoming with sea views. There is a superb selection of food, attentive and smiling staff and FABULOUS coffee.
I couldn’t get WiFi reception in my room. I admit was some distance from the main hotel hub but maybe there is room for improvement on the signal to the upper floors?

Hotel with a nice location and potential.
The hotel has a real potential however lack on customer relationships and management support. As an example, the first time we went to the spa with one hour remaining prior closure only 10min were allowed to us. The SPA’s also made bad comment in front of us which is in such hotel “class” not acceptable. The same applies during the breakfast as we noticed a lack of coordination eg. last time to take a coffee and cleaning the table.

fabulous beachfront location with a great rooftop bar 😍delicious breakfast with so much choice. Beautiful pool, close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Excellent and very helpful front desk staff. Efficient service from room service and housekeeping. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
TV didn't work in single room and shower doors didn't work properly. Better in double room.

Breakfast was quite nice and the location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel staff were also friendly and very helpful
Room was tiny with a musty moist smell. Closing the shower door did not stop water from leaking out onto the tiny bathroom floor and water was never replenished. My friend staying at the same hotel at the same time as me paid LESS money and had a bigger room with a sea view, whereas mine was half the size with a view of the parking lot. Def NOT worth the money spent and I really do not understand the pricing strategy. He also booked via Booking.com
