Personnel très accueillant et très sympathique quelque soit leur fonction (patrons, réceptionniste, personnel d'entretien, dame en charge du petit déjeuner) La chambre est très propre bien qu'un peu vieillotte Le petit déjeuner est copieux et convient à tous les goûts La piscine est très bien entretenue et n'est pas sur-traitée ce qui est très agréable Même la faune locale (hirondelles, chat,...) a adopté cet hôtel J'ai hâte de revenir tester ce lieu après les travaux d'amélioration prévus cet hiver Merci à tous

Chambre vieillissante

Tout d'abord l'accueil très chaleureux, renseignements annexes très complets. Parking juste à coté Wi-Fi très correct dans la chambre Piscine et transats déjà installés

Accueil très chaleureux, la responsable nous a vivement conseillé d'aller aux remparts à pieds depuis l'hôtel. Très bon conseil vu le monde à Aigues. Chambre propre au calme, côté piscine donc plus calme . les oiseaux sont assez matinaux mais bon ya pire comme réveil. Mon conjoint a moins bien dormi que moi. Je recommande car bien placé 10min de marche du centre.

Dommage que tous les clients passent devant les chambres pour aller déjeuner du coup pas top pour l'intimité 😅 Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher mais bon c'était tiède. Après le gel douche peut mieux faire peut être. Il est pas super niveau odeur.

Les chambres sont mal isolées ( bruit de la route très présent). Il n y a pas de chauffage dans la SDB et les chambres étaient vétustes. Le petit dej n est pas au RDV pour 10 euros et il est servie dans une pièce non chauffé .

La simplicité de la chambre largement suffisante en matière de confort, la situation géographique, l'accueil de la directrice et du personnel. La qualité et la quantité du petit déjeuner.

De trouver une tache sur le drap de dessous du lit : signalé à la directrice. Ce drap n'aurait pas dû être utilisé.

The rooms felt cozy. Everything was nice and bright with beautiful trees around. It was quiet and the pool lends itself to relaxation.

I booked a one night stay with a no refund cancellation policy. The morning before we were due to arrive, we had a serious unexpected family emergency. While waiting in an emergency department I sent an email to booking.com requesting a waiver of the cancellation policy, considering the circumstances. Booking.com promptly replied telling me to apply directly to the hotel because they were the only ones in a position to waive the policy. This has happened to me once before several years ago and that hotel were so empathetic and lovely. They offered me a full refund or a an exchange night. I chose the latter and had a very pleasant stay a few months later. This hotel, however, was totally intransigent and made no such offer, despite the extraordinary circumstances. Surely, this is not the way to run a business and create goodwill

Ample parking, lounge chairs for outdoor seating. Good lighting in room. Air-con. good. Google led us to it, but, since we were looking for Noemys, or Mona Lisa, we were confused by the ROYAL HOTEL signs. All persons I had contact with were VERY helpful, polite, friendly. Small fridge in room. Very near Intermarche and Super U. Short drive into Aigues-Mortes, once the bridge is repaired (early June). Watched pool being cleaned and filled.

The receptionist was helpful. She did try her best.

Although the staff was friendly and tried hard to accommodate our late arrival, the room was in a poor condition, untidy, the furniture shabby and after 800 km of route, impossible to have a shower - the water was only dripping from the head. During the night, the unnecessary and empty little refrigerator resonated and vibrated every hour or so, and we were happy to get up in the morning and drive away without breakfast.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open.

It was quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly.
