Es un local reconvertido en apartamentos...a ras de calle...Ves a la gente pasar..Aunque esta muy bien reformado, moderno y cómodo...aunque crea cierta inseguridad su ubicación.

La luz de emergencia ilumina demasiado la hab por la noche. Se escuchan muchos los ruidos de los baños de las habitaciones de al lado.

la habitación "super pequeña" y el armario parace una taquilla de la "mili" El ruido de la calle penetra por las ventanas y es dificil descansar plenamente .

la entrada, con maletas es difícil y costosa. Con minusbalía no se puede llegar a la habitación No hay sala de esperara o algo parecido.

Very small room without good ventilation... window looks at internal space. A lot of dust on the furniture. Smell like it public toilet in the room..

The location is ok, you will find a 24h shop very close by. The rooms are modest and small, but it's ok

It was my first time and my room had the door of the balcony broken, honestly I didn't say anything because I managed to more or less close it. This room 203, didn't have a fridge and the cleaning wasn't great.

Do not book, you will be highly disappointed !!!! I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed by this hotel that I would like to warn potential customers. This is a hotel to avoid, I travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels but this is by far the worst one I have stayed in. The photos are misleading, the place is not very clean, old and ugly. The hotel has no elevator from the first floor, so I had 5 suitcases that I had to carry up the stairs myself. The room I stayed in was dark, without windows and without sufficient electrical sockets, the wifi didn't work properly, the room didn't have a fridge even though it's 40 degrees in Madrid in summer, the air-conditioning works very badly, impossible to cool the room down to less than 30 degrees. On top of all this, there was a power cut for 48 hours during my stay. The room was totally plunged into darkness, I couldn't stay there and ended up sleeping somewhere else even though I had paid 220 euros for two nights without electricity. No discount was accepted and I couldn't use any of the hotel's services. It's bordering on fraud...

This was a great value option for a weekend stay in Madrid. It was by the Madrid Rio Park, which I really enjoyed walking through and also sitting at a café. It exposed me to an area and neighborhood that I was not aware of, so it added to my Madrid experience in a positive way. I enjoyed my single room as it was cozy and quiet. Also, the hotel has a great gym a block away for anyone wanting a workout while in town.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They made check-in and check-out easy. The hotel also features a restaurant with very good hours of operation. Additionally, the room attendants were very cordial and pleasant to interact with. This hotel is a very good value for Madrid. It also was a pleasant walk to the Atocha Trail Station for meeting my train when departing.

I booked a room for 3 people, two adults and 1 kid, and the room was very spacious. The metro station is 8 minutes away. There is a Open25 (24h minimart) nearby and a mercadona. Also a shopping center a couple of blocks away. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with ok food.

A cozy, clean room with all necessary facilities. Comfortable bed. Reception on the 1st floor had lift to higher floors. Good location with a supermarket and several bus routes within a few minutes walk. Metro station about 7 minutes away but can connect by bus in 2 stops. Good value for money.

It has a great location, well connected. Around 20 min by metro you get to SOL. The staff is great & the proprety is cleaned on a regular basis.

We were on the first floor, our room was very dark, we had one window with barely any light & no balcony & the WIFI connection was super SLOW.

Location is far from city center and also around 15 min from nearest metro. No elevators and reception is at 1st floor, bathroom was not that clean, sheets had some dirt on them. And the price for such hotel is not good, not worth the money.

Good location, near to the city center and to the public transport, stores and restaurants. Friendly stuff, quick and easy check in and out The room was ok and quiet.

All in all was a good experience, probably in the future an upgrade of the room and furniture would be needed. WiFi was wery slow, not helpful.

There were cockroaches in the room. The shower was absolutely disgusting, there was back marks all around it.
