J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'amabilité du personnel, le confort du lit, la chambre insonorisée et feutrée, la propreté, la variété du petit déjeuner et l'emplacement proche de la gare du midi et des commerces. J'ai énormément apprécié le concept écologique de l'hôtel.

Rien. Tout était bien. Il y a juste la chasse de la toilette qui n:avait pas un fort débit mais ce n'est qu'un infime détail

Room -big enough for one night stay, and included a chair and occasional table and stool at the window. And a hospitality kettle with tea or coffee making possible, very welcome. Liked the view - could see the Sunday morning fruit and veg, and everything else market. Location - very convenient for the Brussels Midi railway station. Breakfast - great choice of food. Pleasantly decorated and relaxing breakfast room, cutlery and napkins laid out on tables. Good view of small green courtyard behind. Staff - helpful, friendly with a smile. Eco approach to towel use and recycling appeciated.

Shower was a little tricky for me to work out. Space in over- bath shower on the neat side.

Clean room, across the road from the main train station in Brussels which made it easy to do day trips

The area was as expected. The cleaner was as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was expensive and the parking was too expensive. The welcome was not as expected.

El hotel es impecable, todo parece nuevo y el personal es muy atento y agradable.

Nada, la zona al estar cerca de la estación no es de lo más pintoresca, pero si uno piensa hacer viajes a las ciudades cercanas tener la estación enfrente es muy práctico. Además el subterráneo te lleva a Grand Place y al Atomiun en pocos minutos. Así que estar cerca de la estación se compensa.

Spotlessly clean, well presented and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, directly opposite the Gare de Midi rail station with swift access to all public transport.

Very small issue but it would have been preferred to have an iron and ironing board already provided in the room, instead of having to ask for one to carry back to the room. No criticism of the hotel itself but the train station entrances always attract high numbers of vagrants/homeless who are drunk, drugged up or both. Granted we were never approached by anyone directly but it's quite intimidating nonetheless. Sadly this is a real issue across Brussels centre generally; moreso than a lot of other cities.

Hotel and accommodations were great. Setup of room was perfect for a family. And excellent AC.

The location however is terrible aside from it being perfectly located next to the train station. Gross streets and sketchy people. Not a safe area.

The staff is amazing especially the lady who helped us checked-in. she was a tremendous help and vert patient to weary travelers like us.

The staff were amazing...couldn't be more helpful...very spacious and clean rooms. Lovely bathrooms. Very handy for train station.

Unfortunately the area felt slightly unsafe in the evenings due to the characters hanging around outside.

Very close to Gare du Midi so convenient for Eurostar. Hotel clean and comfortable. Shower good and powerful with plenty of hot water. Rooms well insulated against noise - we were next to the lift but never heard it. Would stay again.
