very clean and had all amenities
our room didn’t have a stand up shower just a shower head in the bath. having said that I do believe we got the last room in the hotel and they did warn me it could be that way at booking.

the staff were friendly especially Karolina went out of her way to make us comfortable. Margo was a pleasure to deal with also who learnt to make English tea!
room 27 had no shower/ hot water or water pressure but was nicely spacious. Room 41 was quite small but had all you needed. Kettle in the room would be an added touch. Restaurant was good but expensive.

The owner refusing to speak English when producing a menu in the restaurant shared along with dogs accompanied by their owners whilst eating.

Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Only had breakfast once but it was very good and seemed to be locally sourced and produced. Swimming pool and wellness area was also top notch.
Think the Vegi burger was very disappointing and I would recommend the chef considers using soya or other veg base. Not sure what it was made of but it had no structure or consistency.
Walking to the Chatel cable car was a little longer than expected

Facilities were great, Sauna, Steam room, hot tub, swimming pool. Location is good, direct bus to super Châtel or Lake Vonne

Pool and spa facilities were a welcome relief after a day skiing. The staff were friendly and helpful and great to have parking outside the hotel.
Breakfast choice was limited and poor value for money. Bathroom was very disappointing, no shower only a short hand held and a shower curtain that had a magnetic attraction to the occupant.
The pictures and price promised more than the hotel delivered. Not a bad hotel just not worth the price charged.
