Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly
No powerpoint in the living room area, balcony view was other people's apartment, so no privacy. No powerpoint in the bedroom as well, so had to use the ppt for bedside lamp to charge my laptop and the tv ppt to charge my phone. Work table has no ppt, it's wierd layout and the bed was old, can see the wear and tear, same with bathroom, whilst maintained, water kept overflowing out during shower, the layout is very bad.

Contrairement à ce qui était mentionné sur Booking, il n'y avait pas de service de navette pour se rendre au centre. La piscine et le centre de fitness étaient en très mauvais état. Les deux appartements que nous avions réservés avaient une odeur désagréable, particulièrement dans les salles de bain, où la moisissure était présente un peu partout. Les lits étaient également en très mauvais état, trop mous, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Cette résidence a vraiment besoin d'une rénovation complète.

Very convenient location, nice and luxurious setting in the room. Kept clean. Liked the apartment, easily accessible.
Made confirmation by request via booking messaging to check out at 2pm without additional and was agreed. Did double confirmed on this during check in and staff said yes. But on the day of check out, received call at 1.10pm saying, no had only extension till 1pm, the staff insisted on it and made it around like I had mistook the info. Best to have proper communication and also don't change after providing confirmation to guest.

The location is really good - straight across from the mall and very central. The base cleanliness (bedding, bathroom etc) is clean and the housekeeping staff are obliging and friendly. The wi-fi is good.
The whole place is looking tired and in need of a refresh. The drains do smell at times, and the bed was uncomfortable and felt (and sounded) as if some of the base parts were broken).

location & room. Convenience as located to all facilities. Room very spacious. well trained staff. greet with smile & cheerful tone. very helpful. Parking is very convenience and free, that's the best part.
