I’m super comfortable…. will come again…
it’s my suggestion… about the card key, please provide 2 card keys because… if someone want to stay in the room and 1 person want to go out means it’s very difficult… cos we need to use the card key in the lift also… so please consider on this.

The property was nothing like the pictures, the lamp was crushed the chairs were dirty the entire place was not well maintained at all. The owner did not speak any English and he kicked me out of the apartment when I asked if I could get a refund due to the disappointment. The owner spoke very rudely, do not book this place unless you’re looking for a bad experience!

I wish to add on 2 hours, and also ask invoice or resit but the foreign staff tell to bank in his personal account n also lock the door, luckily my wife is inside . The foreign staff is cheating . Pls take note to the management.
I have support sunway suite for some several years ,hope management will improve for this.

Easy access to Pyramid mall. Staff and Lobby Ambassadors are super duper friendly.
Should wave off carpark parking fees for hotel guests.

Very close to Sunway Carnival Mall, like 5 minutes walk. easy for me with 1 infant and 1 toddler.
Its hard to find empty park due to public holidays. Tv with blurred channel. No iron in room, broken microwave. The bath tub hole and sink in the toilet cant close and broken.

Convenient and easy access to Pyramid Shopping Mall.
Toilet roll is poor quality and insufficient for 3 nights stay and need to pay expensive parking fee. Poor TV reception and limited channel. Room is dusty. No Kitchen towel for pantry and floor mat.
