L’emplacement. À la réception, merci Yann et Laura pour leurs biens vaillances. Pour le petit déjeuner, un grand merci à Miriam pour sa bonne humeur et son sourire. Qui représente les valeurs de cette établissement et son passé. Sans oublier les deux personnes qui nous ont conseillés sur les excursions pédestre.

Malheureusement ce qui nous dessus durant nos quatre jours. Sachant que l’établissement n’était plein. Le directeur n’est jamais venu nous demander comment se passe notre séjour. Le chef de rang limite aussi avec un sourire qui en dit long. Mais par contre avec d’autres clients ils savaient comment les mettre à l’aise. Nous étions invisibles aux beaux regards du directeur. Cette établissement nous avons déjeunés l’année dernière en août 2023. C’est pour cela que nous avons séjourné cette année. Pour un cinq étoiles c’est dommage pas de climatisation dans les chambres et nous avons eu une Clim mobile et je vous laisse apprécier le sommeil.

The hotel is old, consisted of several separate objects, very dark and old furnishing everywhere. The room is so old fashioned that you don’t even have electricity next to the bed to charge your phone. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and so on.. service is really bad but one problem was above all.. all halways and our room was smelling really really bad, more precizely extremely on human sweat from someone from cleaning staff so when they walk through hotel facilities and enter room to cleanx the smell they left behind is so strong that you need to go out immediately or you need to throw out. I was complaining immediately and the reception desk and the manager offered me a drink at the bar so they can parfume the room so of course I refused this, it was quite insulting I must say, especially given that the lady who came to parfume the room I didn’t let come in and she smacked the door being really stressed that she had to come up because I was complaining by phone but I at the end didn’t allow her to mix up chemicals with bad smell from before.. rather opening the balkony since it was closed by them so it looked like a chamber for the night. At the check out rhey didn’t ask anything, no question, no apology, what to say… Also at the pool deck you can find few regular sun beds and the rest is spunge rolled in the white cotton at the decking so that’s where you should lay down and enjoy your 5 star expirience. More litle things can follow but it’s enough, not a 5 star rating for sure.

Amazing stay, great location close to centre, very available and helpful staff, beautiful room, clean, spacious and well furnished. Delicious breakfast. Very pleasant wellness centre. Excellent service overall.

The fitness space is very small with limited material.

Good location within town and very nice amenities. Indoor and outdoor pools an added bonus. Restaurant good quality. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wi fi was a little patchy

would be nice to have a complementary water bottle every day in the room (only offered the first night) as well as a water fountain in the wellness area.
