room was a bit tired, dark with heavy furniture staff a bit slow to respond to issue with the TV

the landscapes and old world charm design interiors and villas , felt like going back in time

the mosquitoes and the toilets are very impractical, if someone is in the pool no one can use the toilet and it’s an open toilet and is completely filled with insects and mosquitoes in the night

The main restaurant food was very good The place is beauriful

since the hotel is on the lake shore and near thre Back waters there is a very heavy insects problam. we had a vila, and we found out on oue arival that the batchroom is outside, under the skies. they changeg our room after one night but if you suffer from moskitoes - bewar about that ! Allso the same problem attaket us when using the open sea fruit bar at evening, plenty of bugs everywhere, on the map, in your plate, eventually we canceled our reservation and left the place to the other restaurant.

Very serene and relaxing - resort has beautiful views of the Lake Vembanad and staff are extremely friendly. Food was good too. Overall we had an amazing holiday. Included in the package was a sunset cruise. Add ons we opted for was the House Boat and Speed Boat. Ayurmana Ayurveda facility is also inside the resort.

Absolutely brilliant property. We had two wonderful nights in this beautiful resort and loved our stay. The rooms capture the essence of Kerala, in terms of its interiors. Everything about this place is exceptional - location, food, service, amenities !!

There is nothing to complain. We had a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

the layout , location, very nature oriented

the rooms were very small , the rugs looked very worn out , our Villa had some liquid that must have fallen before we checked in and when we checked out after 2 days , it was still there !

Execellent support staff.Houseboat staff are very good and hospitable .Chef at the houseboat and the support staff were very good.

Management staff are rude ,not intrested in customer service ,very inhospitable and quite openly rude.Misbehaved with us .

It is an amazing property with every sort of room having their own sets of advantages. The staff is very courteous especially Aswini and Paul.

the stuff are incredibly polite and pleasant to be around. we didn’t miss for anything and the whole experience was perfect.

overall everything! we enjoyed the special foods the chef’s made for us at both the restaurants the fact that we could order from the buffet restaurant and have it in the fish restaurant was great as the views etc are brilliant. the staff was simply excellent couldn’t do enough.

over hyped place. Unclean , unhygenic rooms. Food was very very bad.
