The hotel is absoulutly beautiful. We had a pool villa with a privat pool, outside shower and view direct on the backwaters. The Spa is stunning. All the staff is helpfull and very kin. The restaurant has an amazing chef and a great service team. Every evening there is a cultural program. Highly recommended!

Some king rooms are on the first floor and there lack accessibility options as the only way to get up is a flight of stairs. This thing is also not mentioned in the room description when booking.

Le calme absolu dans un jardin vaste et peuplé d’oiseaux et d animaux , les chambres sont très vastes et les salle de bain immense. Accueil formidable et très attentif , très bonne cuisine avec un chef attentif et inventif. Beaucoup de choix . Très bons soins au spa, équipements luxueux . Bref un super séjour reposant ! Merci

Petits points à améliorer : Ce serait super d ajouter du mobilier sur la terrasse pour s’y installer ! 🙏 Dommage qu il n’y ait pas d expresso ni de vin à la carte.

Tiny details matter when it comes to expectation for a 5 star ⭐. The floor of the swimming pool is not the usual shiny blue tiles, it's rough tiles. So my son and I both scratched our feet at multiple places. Also there are no lights in the swimming pool which makes it really hard to swim at night. The food was okay.. Not really 5 star quality.. It was just ordinary.. The breakfast spread also was not impressive and did not have the variety you would expect to see in 5 ⭐. For example there were only two types of cakes, and both were mediocre. Don't get me wrong the staff were really friendly but the attire especially for the men staff was so 😑. Some of them were shabby, old and worn out. Def not dress to impress!!! Needs an update.

Pros: - Rooms: great design, comfortable - Great massage - Friendly front desk and restaurant staff - Quality food - Peaceful property - Great location by the lake. You can also take a walk in the backwater village next door

Cons: - slow room service - no alcohol served - the service via e-mail and booking.com chat was very poor. Slow response, and they said my spa appointment was confirmed but then front desk said no… disappointing - way overpriced for India, and I would expect a perfect experience without hiccups for this price range
