An extremely beautiful courtyard. We were SOOOOO pleased to have a dinner there and to look outside from our room window. An exceptional restaurant. Their maslenica was the best meal we had in BiH! Great parking with ample space and easy in/out. Clean room. Nice and friendly staff.

We'd got a very tall two-storey room. The night was cool, the AC was turned on for a bit, so our kid was boiling on the upper level while my wife and I were still freezing on the bottom. Broken bars in the upper level handrail. Missing lamps in light fixtures. Hair dryer cable was on the brink of being an electrical hazard.

The staff is super kind! Working both as a waiter and receptionist both of the young men we communicated with were super kind and helpful. The interaction with them was our only positive experience in this hotel. The location is good because it's in peaceful suburbs, but the area has a strong stable smell. I am afraid I cannot state anything else as a good experience.

So sorry to have to write this review, but the hotel was a disappointment. The first room we were given had worms on the floor and was extremely dirty. We asked for another room and were offered a room with two single beds. We agreed to that but the room had such a bad odour and was not much cleaner than the first one. We totally understand that the hotel might have had an issue with cleaning personnel, but all the carpets were old and dirty with stains, the bathroom was full of dead mosquitos and flies and towels were dirty. I sincerely hope that the management could invest in better cleaning service and replace old carpets, linen, towels... Wals need fixing and the halls smell like burning oil. I am sure all this can be fixed with a small investment. I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago and back then was gorgeous.

Our food for breakfast and dinner was great, freshly cooked, very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and the service overall was excellent.

No wifi in the pub.
