Lovely place , spotless, room with a view. Location was perfect. Staff were so helpful too. Fab choice for breakfast. I was impressed with the way room was cleaned each day with fresh towels , sachets of shower gel and shampoos. Coffee and paper mugs too. Mini fridge with bottles of water. Big bathroom and balcony too. Even sun chairs and English channels on the tv. Well done to the staff at Hotel La Rivera keep up the good work.

They did not put tea /coffee or shower gel in room after the first day Bar very expensive.

Certification authority must be blind or mad. La Riviera deserves 3 stars without any doubt. Location is 4*, view is 5*, cleanliness is 5* and so on. Probably the lack of in-house parking determines a lower grade but even so.....I mean fresh croissants at breakfast.......We travel quite a lot and stayed in 3* hotels that are nowhere near LR.

Maybe a bigger TV screen but who goes to Altea in August to watch TV in the room? Haha

The location exceptional with fantastic views to the coastline and beautiful sea!! The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful with a very good home feel! Will came back and defenetly will recommend!!

Great location and superior rooms had great terrace and views. Breakfast was good.

The bar closed by 10pm . The pool area was roped offby tickertape with a long drop below. Work should have been completed before allowing guests to use pool area.

I had a room with a terrace. Spectacular views to the sea. The room and bathroom of good size. Breakfast was good too.

Difficult parking. They let me park at the hotels reserved unloading area.

I was greeted by a nice and smiling Marko who works at the reception, , when I checked in 😃 later changed rooms for a better sea view and got it for a comfortable price, without no problem. i felt well taken care off👌😁 Debra makes a good breakfast and serves you what you feel like eating, lovely girl😁

We liked everything. Lovely sea view in a great location. The breakfast is far more than a continental. The staff are all very helpful, they cant do enough for you.
