Very friendly and helpful owner. Great location in the middle of olive farm, really quiet place. This is one od the places that you regret to leave.

Nice little Appartments in an olive groove. Room was very clean with a modern fridge/freezer and the host was friendly and even gave us tips for our trip.

Spacious, private, warm and cozy. Super clean and there is everything you may need in the house. Clothes Iron, Hair dryer, full kitchen, even a beach umbrella! Host is great and friendly. Pretty quiet place and more than you can ask for the price. Thanx Manolis!
Quit and privacy comes at the cost of a little extra driving to reach the place. Still, a small car can get there with no problems.

Very nice and helpful host, beautiful view of the sea and olive trees. All essentials were provided and working fine, everything well cared for. Quiet, silent, well equipped for a relaxing stay
The access road is the only thing which is not excellent, but no more than it usually is in Crete

Wonderful place to spend a holiday. Clean, peaceful, nice garden in front of all apartments, great balcony view, well equipped. Ferma is near Ierapetra if you are fond of more people and content. Great beaches nearby. Good places to take a bite. Manos is a great host. Thank you, we had a great time!
PS. If you're visiting, bring or buy cat food :) we loved our little guest <3

Location was really nice with a great view. Apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. The place is not close to the main road so you can nicely relax on the terrace.

The two room apartment is absolutely big enough for a family with 2 little children. We really liked our stay as we felt very comfortable and could reach out nice beaches quickly and easily. The owner is very kind and friendly. The apartment was very clean and they took extra cautious due to corona. There are in total six apartments and all have the great view to olive field and the sea. They have also a little playground. All in all it was a great day. We were very lucky to find this accommodation although we booked it in the last minute.
Everything was great, nothing to complain.
