Nice price to quality ratio. Clean room with comfortable bed. The location was quite ok with good train connection with Atocha station. The staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was ok, but it would be great, if vegetables are available too.

The location was great, space and distribution of the apartment was also good but……

The apartment was completely dirty, it seemed like no one cleaned for months and I’m not even exaggerating, there was dirt, fat, dust everywhere, the blankets and towels stinks, and the cutlery was dirty. Also when we arrived the fridge was not working, I messaged the host without an answer and the day after we went out for lunch, on the way back we found him on the street so he explained how to make the fridge work, when we came back home the fridge was working ( it seemed like someone turned it on ) I’ve asked him if he’s been in the house while we went out and after hours se said no… this made us feel quite uncomfortable, that’s why we did not complaint about anything in the apartment while our stay…

Our room was tiny. I didn’t notice when we stayed there, but after I see that I booked double room with 24 sq, but the hotel gave us much smaller room. If i’ve noticed it when we stayed I would tell it the administration. But why they gave us worse room?

we were on the ground close to the lobby and food space area which meant all through the night you could hear people speaking,yelling or kids playing around which would keep you awake. didn’t seem like other guests cared they were being loud and disruptive to others also that no one from the hotel would tell them off or to lower their voice

Very good reception service in English. The cooking equipment is OK. Free parking in front of the hotel. Clean room. We had to leave urgently due to family emergency, so we didn't stay the full period. There was a desk, which was somewhat OK to work on a laptop.

There was no way to reserve in advance a big bed with a single mattress. They could move us, but we had to stay somewhere out for hours until we can check-in to the new room. There were several ants on the 7th floor around the garbage bin. Air-conditioning was hitting my back while working on the desk. The room layout doesn't allow to move somewhere else.

By the time we arrived from City Centre in the night, the Climate system had been switched on and the room had cooled down.

It’s ok for a couple of days away from noisy Madrid on your way to the airport

The hotel was in an area ongoing loads of construction. You’ll have the train station 4 mins walk from the property otherwise the metro 34 mins walk or buses to take you there. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the metro alone as the area is a bit deserted and there’s no people on the streets. If you want a proper meal or groceries you’ll have to take a bus to the nearest urban area.

The bedsheets were very clean with fresh unfragranced laundry. The room has a big window and television with plenty of channels. The price is very good for Madrid and the distance from centre is not even much of a compromise as It is well connected with public transport. The breakfast was amazing. The chocolate pastries and donuts were the nicest I've ever had with a hotel breakfast. The coffee was good too.

The shower was very small, but at least I could use It. Aside from that the bathroom is nice.
