Both Steve and Matt made you feel very welcome from checking in up to the point of checking out.

I loved everything. The room was a great size and so clean. Well catered for and so comfortable. Steve was chatty and so willing to help, I felt like I had known him for ages, and it made me feel valued. The location was ideal with everything within walking distance. Would 100% go back.

Excellent full English and most knowledgeable and helpful Steve…who gave us so many ideas and advice. We took them all and subsequently had a terrific time.

The guest house location is conveniently located on the main road leading in to Brixham. So it was very easy to find.
The bedroom and en-suite was very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The same goes for the dining room and other communal areas. Plenty of off-road parking is available.
The guest house hosts were both very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was served quickly and efficiently. The food was of excellent quality, well presented, tasty and more importantly it was served hot.
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Redlands Guest House as an extremely good, value for money establishment.
Thank You Steve and Matt for looking after us so well. We look forward to another stay at The Redlands in the not distant future.

The only thing that may be an issue for some guest is the sound of traffic on the main road if you stay in the summertime and have your windows in the room at the front of the building.

The breakfast was very good,we thought the room was very clean and comfortable .
Matt was really fantastic very welcoming, good to hear some of the history of the property.
We were extremely well looked after so we can not fault anything

Perfect for Brixham. Far enough away to be quite but close enough to walk to the Harbour. Accommodation was perfect. Room was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic... will definitely say again. Steve was a great host, we never got to meet Matty , we think Steve keeps him locked in the Kitchen and only brings him out for special occasions lol ...

Couldnt have wished for a better stay. The whole place is immaculate and breakfast is as good as any top hotel I've ever stayed in. The hosts were both excellent, very engaging and full of useful local information. Just a 10 minute walk into town with parking on site. Stay here, you wont regret it

Well located about 10 minutes walk into Brixham with parking available on site. Our room was well equipped , spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the cooked breakfast was perfect.

Hosts were absolutely amazing and location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the harbour and the parking was a bonus :)

Great location, short stroll to the harbour. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Mattress was a little soft for my partner, however that's a personal preference.

It was super clean and the location was very good. Breakfast each day was amazing and comfortable bed. Steve and Matt were exceptional hosts and gave us plenty of local advice.
We would have appreciated the biscuits/tea being replenished each day. Also its always a nice touch to have a little bottle of complimentary shampoo in the bathroom.

Our hosts were very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and everyday asked if we needed anything or could help us with any information on the area or where we we going. The room was lovely, plenty of tea and coffee, more if we wanted. The breakfast and service was excellent too.
