Cannot fault the Mayfair. Clare and Andrew were great hosts. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range to choose from. Homemade cake to help yourself to with tea and coffee if you wanted it. A lovely touch. They found out it was our anniversary and left a card, prosecco and chocolates in our room which unexpected but much appreciated. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a break in Weymouth.

Nothing to dislike!

The location was perfect, about 2 minutes from the train station, on the beach, less than a 10 minute walk to the high street. Andrew and Clare were absolutely lovely and went beyond our expectations for food inclusivity and things like dairy free options when it came to having our breakfast in the morning. The sea view room we had was lovely, comfortable and very clean :) The cakes Clare baked were delicious!

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice from a full English, to plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt.

Our room was slightly on the small size but we had a good size bathroom.

Room without a view

Wow, what great hosts Clare and Andrew are, from the minute you arrive you feel welcomed and taken care off, Had a weekend stay and they could not do enough for you. Have to mention the home made fresh cakes you can munch on all day long ( just had the one slice.. honest ) to giving great tips for places to visit. Great location with the Beach right in front of you and an easy stroll into town. Great location to see the many sites of the area without to much of a trek, left feeling refreshed after having a great stay.

Amazing staff, Andrew and Claire treated is so well, made cakes for us to enjoy, breakfast was amazing, Andrew was super attentive to all our needs and was lovely to talk to, will definitely book again, perfect view of the sea and overall a comfy cozy establishment

Great Location with lovely views friendly owners and great breakfasts

Breakfast was excellent with every fresh fruit you could ever want for plus a good selection of cereals and yoghurt. Gorgeous coffee toast and all the preserves on your table. Nothing is to much trouble and individual requests are catered for.

As far as I'm concerned all my expectations were met.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely sea view room. Very friendly we were made to feel welcomed from the start.

For our first holiday away as a couple everything went perfect. Andrew and claire were exceptional. the breakfast was great and even had options for veggie/vegan. great facilities including free to use beach towels and umbrellas. Free cake is always a bonus :)

The breakfast was excellent every morning and cooked fresh for each guest. Clare and Andrew did all within their power to make our stay as good as it could possibly be, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The only criticism is that the Mayfair does not have it's own car parking, the parking is around the back in a small public car park or on the street, but then that is only a minor inconvenience.

The room was very small but ok for a few days.

First of all, the location is perfect. It’s 3 minutes from the train station and our room has the sea view. Within minutes, we’re already strolling at the beach. The breakfast is great. The complimentary cake (they bake every other day) is divine. The room has everything we need. The bathroom is clean and well stocked. The best of all though, are the hosts. Andrew always opened the door for us with a big smile and a warm welcome. While Clare would always provide such great food. They gave us tips on our itinerary. They made sure we were safe by giving us their contact card and a taxi card in case we get stuck anywhere (this really touched us). And they will never let you go hungry! We not only felt welcome, we felt taken care of. I highly recommend staying at the Mayfair. Don’t miss out on a great experience!

The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. The breakfast was all that I could wish for and the home made cakes were a nice treat when returning from a long day to the B&B. I will definitely come back the next time I will stay in Weymouth!

The single room does not have a lot of space but it works well if you don't have a large suitcase.

Position of Hotel perfect..on the seafront two minutes from train station..clean and tidy..Breakfast was beautiful and nothing to much for Andrew and Clare the owners ....Will be back...
