Everything was excellent for the price. The room has its own bathroom/WC. The house is right next to the Pedestrian alley and the Sea garden.

Perfect location, the single room is located even better than Booking is showing you in the map. You have everything close on foot (1 or 2 minutes): restaurant, bars, night clubs, places to have breakfast, stores (one that sells drinks and chips even few meters away) public transportation, the Sea Garden is by 2 or 3 minutes on foot... The room has a fridge and a microwave, a TV with some international channels (news, I stopped there) and a comfy single bed. The owner gives you her number in case you need help with anything, just to have a faster communication in case it's needed.

I forgot to remove the toilet paper before my first shower so it got a bit wet, no problem at all after it dried. The bathroom acts as a shower itself, cover the door with the curtain and take a 10 or 15 minutes shower, no longer than that or the hot water will run out. Beside those small tricks, the room was tidy, comfortable, perfect located and the price was perfect for the place.

Perfect small accommodation for a couple or a family. It was very clean with small garden for the morning coffe or the late glass of wine.The location was perfect for us- next to the center and the see garden.Very Friendly staff. We definitely will come back next year.

Only thing we was missing was a washing mashine and microwave, but there was not much space for it, so the woman said next year we can choice one of the other accommodations they have with the facilities we need. 😊

Teodora is a very nice host, she's helpfully and kind. The place is close to the center and the sea. Shops and restaurants close by. Easily accessible by public transport, and there is a regular bus to the airport around the corner. The guest room is wonderfully simple and basic decorated. Good air conditioning and nice and quiet due to the double windows. Excellent place for a few nights.

Unfortunately the shower is located in the small toilet. Everything gets totally wet, so you don't feel like taking a shower. The mattresses very soft and the crockery rather sticky. The small courtyard is actually too small to sit in, but there is a cool view from the window. But we had a great time nonetheless.

Teodora is polite, the room was quite clean, the location is excellent, in the heart of Varna and the price was extremely affordable. Very satisfied

Almost new safety apartament with kitchen. Perfect place close to the sea garden and Varna center. Also bus stop was very close (300m) - all buses to the Golden Sands, Delphinarium, Center, Bus station, Airport. Number 409. The supermarket and laundry service were also very close. Nearest restaurant and coffee bar are 50 metres. Also bakery was very close. There are two apartaments next each other. Only a few upstairs. It is not suitable for the children trolley because of upstairs. Strong wifi.

the mattres in the double bed were too soft. Extra sofa bed was fine.

Good value for money. Our host Teddy was extremely kind and helpful. Location was convenient for our plans. Our studio had a map of Varna's major attractions, which is a great call on the host's part. We requested a hairdryer and it was provided the next day. We liked the studio and we had a pretty pleasant stay. Shall we visit Varna again, we will return.

The studio has everything needed but as a living space it's not overly comfortable. Nothing major, just a few little things which didn't ruin our stay. The table was stashed in a corner so it was virtually unusable - we moved it to the center of the room. No bedside table to leave your phone or glasses at night - just a shelf above the bed where you have to reach out. The kitchenware looked very, very old and tired, so we decided against using it. The floor didn't look clean when we checked in. The bathroom was very small indeed which didn't really bother me until I realized there was an electric boiler in it. The boiler looked like a 60L one, so if a very long, screaming hot shower is on the plan, it may not be sufficient, but it's perfectly good for a normal shower. We were never out of hot water during our stay.

I like that the room includes all the facilities that were mentioned in the description. Teodora (the owner of the house) was really nice and helpful! My family and I enjoyed our stay in Varna in this guest house! I recommend it!
