Lovely warm welcome from Sharon, rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the service was first class.

Travelling alone on business and have to say that the room (#1) was ideal for this purpose, but it might be a bit tight for a couple. Good reception and all the amenities were excellent. There are a few pubs and restaurants close by for dinner. Large bathroom with shower only, but that was fine for me. Free WiFi was great and efficient. The bed was sublime, better than mine at home! Lovely, adequate breakfast cooked fresh to order.

Very handy for town centre. We liked the free parking. Everything about the room exceeded our expectations. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Exceptionally clean room with everything you’d need with generous supplies. A full english breakfast with cereals, juice and coffee is provided and the hosts were lovely and accommodating.

Very easy to get to and as much as the hotel is on a main road once in the property you have access to a very nice large garden and patio area. I was so happy with my stay I will likely be back the next time I stay in derby.

Rooms were nice and large and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and of a good quality. Staff very friendly and efficient. All round first 1st class. Would definitely recommend.
