Amazing hotel, wonderful staff and the owners are super welcoming. A truly amazing experience

Location was great, very close to the beach. the pool is super cute (heating was not enough) , the vibe in the hotel (guests, not hosts) is amazing, lots of fun, great conversations, people were super friendly, felt included from day 1 and even made new friends by weekends’ end. The Jacuzzi (on the very short window it was actually hot…) was a very nice experience.

The room was significantly smaller and different than the pictures (i wouldn’t had booked if i knew) The bed was VERY uncomfortable (poor quality, thin mattress), i got charged USD 24 extra per breakfast (it was supposed to be included) and was one of the worst meals I had. cold coffee, fruit was sliced HOURS before serving, apples and bananas already brown, etc… (there are places near by you can get better food for half the price). the pool was barely heated thus i couldn’t use it, jacuzzi was heated for a very short timeframe, most of the day is cold, considering the time of the year it was quite disappointing , plus it gets turn off very early. staff was super cold and distant and usually nowhere to be seen when you need something. I was very disappointed on the facilities and the staff, as I heard great things about this place. considering the high rates on this place, you can get a much better experience in a different place. wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

Mario was super helpful and the food was exceptional! the hotel is cozy with just 12 rooms.

The supermarket is 10-15 min walk from the property. it doesnt seem like a lot but i had been traveling for 24 hours straight and could have done with closer access (or bicycles to use).

I liked it’s location. It is within walking distance to Chiquaqua beach. The grounds are kept impeccably clean. The owners are there to help you in anyway they can. The people that stay there are very friendly.

my stay was very favorable. There was nothing I did not like.

+ Extremely nice and relaxing atmosphere, with palms, flowers and singing birds around the pool, apartment and dining building + Wonderful owner Nicolás, heartful and pleasant, ready to solve any problem occurring. Equally nice guests from Uruguay and abroad + Calm, very good to relax + Very tasteful food (Nicolás prepares also lunch and dinner at request) + Very clean and comfortable room, especially the bed (not always the case in Uruguay) + 3-4 minutes from the gay beach
