the location was the best fixtures, centrally located to most important needs

the cleaning of the rooms was esporádic and not the best servvice

The property is in a good location with easy access to local transport routes. There were some issues with the apartment and the staff were ready to try and help, even though they couldn’t do much and seem quite under pressure from the owners

The apartment wasn’t as good as it was described. It had some broken items/furniture that allegedly a previous host had done. The staff were helpful but it felt as if the owner didn’t really want to invest on the property. They also had very long shifts. We didn’t have towels provided, the kitchen wasn’t as described, there was a very basic provision of pots and utensils. It is a shame as it could be a great place. It was quite cheap compared to other places, so I guess we got what we paid for.

The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, the big windows give you more natural light. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and jus few blocks from calle 26 and Transmilenio (local transportation system), it is within a walking distance from stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the Modelia Zona Rosa. The staff is very attentive, always give you a smile and are ready to help you with anything you need.

Bad refrigerator and kitchen supplies, Internet was unstable.

The location was great, steps away from many local restaurants, bars, and clubs. The staff was all very kind and super attentive, always willing to help with any issues.

The rooms are in need of some upkeep. Though there is a lot of kitchen supplies much it is old and overused.

Good for the price, not fancy, the apartment an use some TLC the living couches needed repair, the TVs were not plugged in, not easy to use, but overall comfortable. The staff was friendly, the check-in area can use a coat of paint, a touch of updating.

I liked the location which was close to the airport, restaurants and in a safe neighborhood. Also the apartments are spacious and the people working there were kind.

The hot water could be more and the furniture in general needs a bit maintenance

Building on general on bad condition we arrive early and have to wait ,they say that the apartment was not ready we leave the luggage on the front desk and come back a 3 pm it was the time to check in and still wasn’t ready and made us wait for more then 30 minutes….Entering the apartment you can see most of the furniture broken on the living room (sofas)ripped apart. On the bedroom sheets stained or really bad condition Bathroom missing pieces on the shower knob and tiles broken too, towels same condition stained;sink cracked on a really bad condition also the glass from the shower can even be close when you are showering was even missing a part in the frame of the door. Kitchen dirty greasy we don’t even use anything there because everything looks really nasty afraid to even open any door many of the them were broken.The cleaning lady was really on a bad mood doing her job.. As soon we arrive I ask to change the sheets because they were really smelly and she don’t like it and refuse to changed saying that she already did it before we arrive I have to call from desk and then they changed with a bad attitude.Noise neighbor with loud music until late you can hear everything that they were talking We spend more about two weeks there and the only good thing was the location close to store , restaurants, supermarket and the airport. This was my third time staying on this hotel first time 2016 everything was on good condition on that time but now the building is deteriorating the owners or administration don’t care , All the information is deceiving if you see the pictures and descriptions on the web are really nice on person is another reality.
