The location is excellent, 5 min drive from the beach, there’s a bus station just outside the place, and many walking paths nearby to do a day hike or see the beautiful sunset. The house is comfortable and has all the necessary facilities for work or vexation trips. The owner is lovely and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

It was tough to book the stay. After a confirmation email regarding the trip, I kept getting a cancel replay regarding the check-in time. The place had a double booking for the last day of my visit. After 5 hours it was solved through the booking help center. The host doesn’t understand English which means the communication was with the host son that’s not on the property, which caused many delays. And the last thing is that there was no WiFi network for one day. The problem was solved in the evening, but that was very frustrating. I

Stunning view and garden overlooking Malveira da Serra and the Guincho Beach. Bus stop a couple of meters from the house in case you have no car. Dona Franquelina was a very friendly and attentive host and provided everything I needed for my stay. Fresh flowers welcomed me upon arrival and she also offered me fresh organic fruits and veggies from her garden. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, as well as towels, hangers, shampoo etc. The internet was a bit faulty at times but just before I left 2 new routers were to be installed to improve the signal. TV even had International channels in German and English.

Perfect location, cosy well stocked place. Everything perfect.

The nicest and coziest apartment I have ever stayed at. Great, quiet location, close enough to everything you need (beaches, restaurants, supermarket, airport, Lisbon, Sintra...). The apartment itself was very clean, greatly equipped, we felt just as at home. Wonderful garden with lots of flowers, really nice terrace with stunning view to the garden and the ocean. Thank you very much for everything, I hope, we will return once. :)
