Communication was superb.
The room was comfortable, quiet despite being at the front and easily slept 3; layout was excellent.
Breakfast was delicious; the lady who served us was full of local knowledge.
Beach is at the bottom of the road, 5 minutes stroll.

The accomodation was perfect with lovely rooms, comfortable beds, with a delicious breakfast, very nice staffs and service.
The specified public carpark could only booked for 12 hours and was not video monitored!

The property was ideally situated for us. About 10/15 minutes stroll from the town. We were fortunate to have good weather so a lovely stroll along the prom worked up an appetite and after a good meal helped to walk it off on the way back.
As far as we were concerned there was nothing negative to say about the property.

It was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have been given in any hotel. The staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
More parking places would be helpful but there is free roadside parking within 200 m.
