Lovely, spotlessly clean room with everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional. We oved the choice we were given.

We wished the towels were a little larger and the shower had more power to it otherwise it was perfect.

Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good if you were fit and well ( up a hill ) but fine if you travelled by vehicle. Very pleasant landlord - did everything to make you feel welcome.

Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly welcome from the owners. Location was ideal with public transport 50 metres away. Breakfast were huge and an excellent variety of choices. One of the best we have stayed in. Absolutely fabulous.

Great place to stay, exceptional clean, excellent hosts can't do enough for you, brilliant tasty breakfast. Really is only 5 min walk to beach and 10 min seafront walk to Town. Would thoroughly recommend

Family run B&B, welcoming and happy to help and answer questions. Great choice for breakfast. Bedrooms, dining room and bar area were clean and tidy with up to date decor.

Everything about The Rookery demonstrates a genuine love from Alan and Charlene for what they are doing and an energetic attention to quality and detail. The focus is always on meeting guests' wishes. Nothing is too much effort - whether meeting changing food requirements, giving reliable recommendations on local attractions and restaurants, providing very convenient parking facilities or soliciting customer feedback. Suffice to say, the food, accommodation, facilities and overall welcome are all outstanding. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay but in the heart of Swanage and hundred yards or so from the beach, look no further. You've just found it ! Highly recommended !

No table in the room to eat food. Had to sit on the bed. Lost my Apple Original charger. No proper parking place

Through Booking.com we booked a room with a sea view and balcony and paid extra for those but our room didn’t have either! We think Booking.com are at fault not the owners. We loved our room though and saw enough of the sea all day so it wasn’t an issue for us!
