Extremely central and Daniel was very helpful. Apartment well equipped, comfortable and clean. Main bedroom very good size. Second bedroom very small but had everything needed for 1 person. We didn't use the sofa bed.

Bathroom sometimes smelled of bad drains and, being on the ground floor, the apartment was dark.

The apartment was clean and spacious, though a bit hard to locate. Good bathroom and bedroom The actual location was fine--we walked to a number of good eating and drinking spots. The apartment was fairly priced and we LOVED Sevilla.

Our major complaint is that the apartment's kitchen was ill-equipped. People who rent an apartment need a few basics like a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster (perhaps), major cooking utensils (there was silverware) and NONE of these were there. Other places even have salt/pepper, etc. The kitchen itself was neat and clean--big refrigerator and a washer/drier machine (that needs printed instructions). A nice place, but this was a major drawback. An apartment in Spain with no coffee machine--what are they thinking.

Based on the pictures we thought that a rooftop terrace is available as a common area, but that was not the case.. the door was locked.

The apartament was very well placed, close to the majority of local attractions, in a quite neighborhood. The apartment it self very clean, luminous, spacious and it leaves you with a feeling of familiarity. Very tastful decorated and during the period of time that I stayed, in the month of September, which was extremely hot, the apartment was quite chilly thus no need for any cooling system. The owner very helpful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, for a joyful experience and a tranquille night spend in the historical city of Seville.

Great accommodation! The hosts were very easy to reach and very flexible with our arrival and departure times! The flat was very clean and comfy and had plenty of space. It was at a great location (just 15min walk to all the main sites).

We were at one of the ground floor apartments and it was quite dark and not well ventilated.

the appartement on the ground floor is not suitable for sensitive sleepers, every person passing the flat outside can be heard very loudly

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was in walking distance to all of the main attractions. The owners were very helpful and organised a taxi with a baby seat to and from the airport for us. they also held onto our cases after we checked out as we had an afternoon flight.
