Location was ok most especially the Staff was excellent

The toilet was not properly clean,the towel was not clean..I could not take my bath until I travel back home.

I booked Hautel Aparthotel for my mum, I got a chat from the manager and one other staffs asking me if I’m still coming which told them yes, that the person I booked the apartment for is on the way, not knowing that they have over- booked all rooms in the hotel and had to put my mum to a near by apartment with poor facility, in fact with a spelling toilet. This is a very poor way of doing business, if your apartment is full, kindly let us know, not taking my money for you to put me in another hotel entirely.

Nothing Absolutely nothing

There was no breakfast, no free wifi, the place was dirty, they said to me they dont clean every day. They don’t have a kitchen, i had to get food outside. My door didnt close properly.

The Staff are very hospitalable and attentive to your needs. Their facilities are good too and their rates are affordable.

The bedsheets and pillowcases were smelling. They need to work on that.

Centralized location as it’s closed to the airport. The facility is nice and comfy. The staff are friendly and ready to always help. It’s affordable.

They can improve more on the service for better customer satisfaction.
