loved being right n the beach and with the staff being so accommodating, caring and considerate. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious

Close to the Beach! We had a full moon during our stay. Fantastic! Our youngsters completed an open water diver certificate in the dive center 50 meters from the room. Exceptional.

The air conditioning

Not recommended! First of all the picture of the apartment were not the ones advertised on booking. Incredible expensive and very low quality. The apartment looks bad, old, dark, one of the rooms is like a cell, bathroom smells, old appliances, no lamps on the nightstands, The road till the property is like hell, full of fine dust, you may broke your car trying to get out or in. There is nothing to do there. They are so persuasive with their 2 restaurants but they won’t offer you a simple breakfast which is in the accommodation price. They will leave you some cheap ham and sandwich cheese and some eggs to cook your self the breakfast! Aah, coffee too, you have to prepare yourself a ness caffee, for sugar go and fetch from their fancy bar. Terrible mistake!

Probably that is close to the beach. That's the only thing we can save.

Definitely everything 1) Breakfast included means that there's something in the fridge, pay attention that the food is not expired. Besides we had to ask to refill it because the refill it not all days and not with all the food. Is crazy that there are two restaurant next to the building and they can't arrange a breakfast 2) when we get to the apartment there was a smell disgusting and was supposed to be the liquid detergent used to clean 3) full of mosquitos squashed all over the walls 4) the dishes to cook are right next to the garbage just down the basin (we clearly understood that cleaning is not a must in this place) 5) the room is totally dark, feels like sleeping in a cellar and during the night you have to fight against mosquitos and spider that we didn't understand where they came from due to the fact that there are nets installed 6) the curtains look like the were installed and never washed again in their entire life 7) the road to get to the place is 10 minutes at 20 km/h so if you plan to visit Zakynthos is better not to come here 8) we never tried the restaurant, but we had a look at the fishes exposed and they were totally blind, the fresh fish came just five days after our arrival so the change it once por week, if you need more extras go to the social for restaurants you will be surprised in reading the reviews 9) the apartment was in the middle of the restaurants (clothes smelling grilled fish) and in the middle of the garden where people were playing soccer right next to the door (imagine the pics full of people) 10) the price. Is unbelievable and insane the price we paid for this stay. For the same or less you can go in five stars hotel in Zakynthos or anywhere else During our trip in Peloponneso we were for less price in amazing structures full of services, confort and clean.
