Stunning views , authentic atmosphere, comfortable furnishings, and great location to Arezzo. Also great Wi-Fi. But the best part was host Giacomo!! He gave great recommendations for side trips and delicious breakfast that can be added as extra. We love learning the history of his family villa.

It was all a perfect Tuscan vacation.

Just what we hoped for. A quite out of town place with a toscan view. The host was wonderful and helped us around, gave us amazing recomendations. And the room was comfy and with a great shower.

Beautiful Tuscan villa with breathtaking views! There are so many beautiful art pieces and antiquities within the house, not to mention the huge size of the room. We had the Garden Suite, very tranquil with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts were delicious, assorted cheeses, cakes, (meats for non vegans/vegetarians) etc. And the grounds are truly stunning. (A feast of inspiration for an artist.) The jacuzzi was perfect, placed to enjoy the incredible views and very relaxing after alot of walking and travelling around. Would highly recommend a stay there, we hope to return one day. Thanks to Giacomo and family for their wonderful hospitality!

An amazing place and a lovely home, carefully preserved by family members. The owner is always ready to help and we had a wonderful Italian weekend enjoying real home Italy. We had local products at breakfast, personally prepared and grown by the owner and learned a lot of interesting things about the history of this villa. Modernized rooms with air conditioning and all bathroom amenities. There is also a jacuzzi with stunning views of Tuscany. Close location to Arezzo city center. Nice place to relax.

There was nothing we didnt like.

The location is a short drive from Arezzo center so you need a car but you benefit from the quiet of the nature, the hisotrical house if a half museum, the decorations, the ceilings, the objects. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

If you want to enjoy breakfast in the property, it must be ordered in advance. I missed this point. i didnt realize i didnt order breakfast so we couldnt get it. its really my fault for not paying attention. I will definitely order breakfast in advance if i get the chance to return there.

If WiFi can be faster will be 100% perfect! But anyway we enjoyed our stay.

The host was very welcoming, and our room was lovely facing the garden, very spacious and comfortable, like we were staying at a friends house. Breakfast was very nice with local foods and everything was very fresh.

It was not easy to find the property, but our host was kind enough to call when we did not show up at the hour he was expecting us. He helped us find the property but it is not properly signaled in Google Maps or Waze which made it difficult to find by ourselves.

The fresh local produce at breakfast. Beautiful property, building, family history. Welcoming host. Serene space. Close to a local restaurant and fairly close to public transport. Room made up daily. Heaters turned on for a chilly evening. Lovely selection of drinks in minibar fridge if you choose. Comfortable beds. Giacomo provided a lift one day when we asked for a tel number for a taxi. Very nice of him!

Unfortunately spa was not operational as per advertisement in booking.com and host website. It states open May - October. Cannot eat in rooms but lovely heated dining room downstairs and around the corner for meals.
