Very clean and spacious. Excellent location for us. Lots of sockets for a family of 4. Communication with us both prior and during our stay was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Communal areas were also spotless.

Nothing, everything was excellent

Excellent location near R. des Flores, all major sight seeing locations in old Porto city, the Douro River, São Bento Station, walking distance to Villa Nova de Gaia and 15-20 minutes from Porto Aeroporto. It had security main and apartment entrance by card. It had an elevator. Plenty of fans for air circulation in lieu of no air conditioning. Plenty of lighting aside from the bathroom mirror lighting.

The lighting in the bathroom was not designed for women to apply makeup or for men to shave. That is, the ceiling lighting above the wash basin was not lighting the area between the mirror and a person’s face. This meant faces were always in shadow. Stand there and see for yourself. It’s a common fault with hotels, apartments and some private residences.

Location was excellent as well as the size of the property. Very well laid out and comfortable.

Could have been a lot more lighting -- especially in the bathroom and bedrooms.

Clean and well maintained property located in a very central street, allowing guests to walk to major attractions and restaurants / cafes. Hosts are very good in answering messages. Clean sheets, towels, comfortable beds. Large kitchenette with a full size fridge and a dishwasher but no laundry machine. Clean living room area with comfortable couches. Large dining table suitable for 6 people.

The flat we stayed in did not have air conditioning which is not an issue in Porto most of the year but our stay coincided with a heat wave. Because of the central location of the property, it is very noisy to open the windows and our particular flat’s rear windows were also inaccesible - resulting in some heat problems. The hosts kindly provided several fans in the flat without us needing to ask Entry into the building’s elevator from the main entrance requires climbing up a few stairs. From the elevator to our flat also required a few more stairs. Not ideal if you are disabled, pushing a pram, or carrying heavy luggage.

the location is great. you can easily walk out to bars and restaurants.

there is no air conditioning and the fans inadequate. the location right on the street means you can really open the windows at night. plus no opportunity for air flow anyway. very hard to sleep because so hot

Perfect position.. clean Big bathroom close walk to everything porto has to offer. Comfortable beds.

Unit on small size ..there was not much room for large 4 suitcases between 4 of us .. we definitely needed 2nd bathroom

Excellent location . Big spacious apartment.

Electronic door failed and locked us out. However it was resolved within 30 mins.
