The location right in the center of Alvor is perfect. Great roof terrace and very nice staff.

Although the property is great, a couple of very tiny details could really boost the comfortability (e.g. one mirror on the ground floor bathroom, make the doors easier to open/close)

It was cheap

WiFi didn't work, lights weren't working and it took us 5min to open the front door because the key didn't fit properly

Very central in Alvor, Bars/music on the streets stops here at 2 am, there is a strict rule on no noise after 11pm which is good and we had no issues with any noise, Staff call around to the facility (not your room) and keep things in good shape and any issues can be discussed if required. Air conditioning was in our room which is a must during the hot weather here.

There is some sort of issue with the lights, working/not working but not a problem really but it would be good to get this sorted out as the stairs/bathroom can be a bit on the dark side at night.

Location was excellent, you step outside the door and everything is there. Felt very safe. The guesthouse was spotless and there was air conditioning in the bedroom.

We liked everything about the property. Will defo be returning.

Excellent location, close to the harbour and good restaurants. Staff responded to my messages promptly. My room was spotlessly clean.

A reading light would be beneficial. Mattress was hard.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He always answered my calls. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 large fridges and lots of dishes and equipment to use.

The building is very old, so the keys and locks are very difficult to use. Also the shared bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat does not fit on the toilet, so there is a large gap making it impossible to sit on it. There was also cold water in the shower in the morning which was very upsetting for me as i had a long journey and could not take a shower. My room was on the front which in peak season is very noisy with the music. There was no reading lamp in my room meaning i could not relax and fall asleep as you only have 1 light in the room.

Good accomodation if you are staying in Alvor for a few night. Very close to beach, yet just one street from the main restaurant/ bar area; but quiet enough for that. Shared kitchen with all you need for cooking a quick meal. Also offers a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the evening after a long day out. Overall a convenient place to stay, considering the low price during High Season!

Unfortunately no hot water in the shower on our second morning. Apart from that everything was fine!
