Overall property is beautiful... perfect stay with family and that too hardly 50 mtrs away from Mall Road.
Baggage transfer facility needed to be arranged by hotel management.

Staff behaviour is worst, they behave like they are the owners specially the front desk bald person is so rude, seems he is unhappy with his life , thus pours his frustration on guests

The hotel is not at all comfortable and no hygiene is there.so we check out early.And after this we had paid full three days charges to them.
No hygiene is there and the food were not good at all no tastes at all.

Good rooms,good food, cooperative courteous staff. Value for money.
No housekeeping staff for room cleanliness, no regular garbage clearance.

The rooms were nice and clean. They were also very comfortable. Staff were helpful and followed up well. The view from the hotel was really nice.
