Staff were excellent & always busy doing anything required. Loved the fact that you had individual bungalows. Liked the location as could get easy access to places & could easily walk to the centre & all along the coastal walk

Food and drink offering was varied and excellent value for money. Bungalow was very spacious and clean. Location was excellent, roughly 10 minute work from beach and shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

I did not appreciate having to drink out of paper cups which went soggy very quickly. The quality of the alcohol was also very poor as was the food. It was obvious that left overs were being used on several days which were very dry and tasteless. My whole family had sickness and diarrhoea in turn during the week leading to us all not being able to face the dining hall any more and having up eat elsewhere. The childrens swimming park with the slides is NOT part of this hotel. Do not be fooled by the photos. You have to pay to use the swimming park at a sister hotel.

bathroom was over flowing simple problem that can be fixed, I think drain was blocked. no sauna, no steam room, no warm pool,

the entertainment was lacking in the evening. the food was all inclusive but after the first week it was a bit repetitive and we ate out.

There was dead cockroaches in my room when I got there and they were there the whole time of my stay. Nobody cleaned them. The pool was dirty and full of grit and sand. My children cut their feet numerous times. I never once saw them clean the pool. The breakfast was nice but the choice of food for lunch and dinner was terrible. Most nights I ate rice and chips. The games machines were good for the kids but there was no machine for coins. The kids had to go to reception for coins and most times were told there was none. If you have machines for kids to play there needs to be coins available. The bar wouldn’t give coins out to the kids. The entertainment as hard as the entertainment staff worked was terrible. The best show at night was the Motown show and I would encourage more shows like this.

Safe for all.. kids loved it, great breakfast in particular, lunch good & great variety at dinner you can be as healthy or unhealthy as u like, great choice for all.. loved clean bungalows with towels daily…staff are super… Lovely new Dutch girl recently arrived on entertainment staff she is super & does over and beyond…

keycards keep failing on the doors even when I kept away from mobile very frustrating when you’re bungalow is a good walk from reception! my only gripe.

food court facilities. very poor dining rooms quality of the food rooms definition lack of facilities like spa or gym photos on booking.com show towels in tables and it is different from reality. different towels on pools lots of drinks that are not considered in the all inclusive. pool bar is weak on food and senior staff unfriendly kids club always closed since my 4 days presence.

No heated/indoor pools - defo way below 21C as told Towels and blankets with an odour. No free internet Pool towels- for a deposit of 60pounds Pool bar- few snacks (cheese/ham nd bread) Drinks- some brands you got to pay. Food- no different choices always the same even though they made Indian/Italian nights the food was always the same. Just few changes. Desserts- Just few and tasteless. Dino Park- a small park (1 med water slide) with no heated water- no go. Pics from Booking.com is a mix of hotel HL and Dino Park.

In general , everything , The whole complex kept spotless , staff were very helpful . Food wise , couldn't complain , catered for all tastes ... Pool area lovely and bar , and evening bar , entertainment was enjoyable , the two nights we were there , a, magician one night and a song and dance show another , really enjoyed them ..

when we arrived waiting a few hours for our room to be ready .. And one thing I have to say is about the over eager staff to take your plate away at the dinner table , really eager , even when I hadn't finished , ..I had to have a few words with them to stop .wouldn't let that stop me going back though ... that's all folks

Fabulous resort amid gorgeous lush gardens. First time.going all inclusive and it won't be the last. Real high quality food which changed everybday. My kids loved the pizzas! Only slight downside was it is a bit of a distance feom the beaches but would be fine if you had olser children who didn't mind walking. All in would highly recommend this hotel.
