Hotel was decent and bed was comfortable

There was no housekeeping stuff during the stay to clean the room but it was not a big deal because I am totally able to clean my own room

The location is a bit outside of the city but is fine and quiet

The worst place I have ever been! completely waste of money.

The receptionist and staff. when we checked out and were ordering taxi we asked the receptionist about the airport address and he completely gave wrong information and didn’t say there are 2 airports in Warsaw! he addressed the wrong airport and we missed our flights! and we had to buy another one for more than 1000 euro! even after we asked him he started lying! btw I think the owner and the receptionist is the same! whatever! don’t waste your money. the location is in the high way somewhere near to nothing! there is just a supermarket next to the hotel and that’s it! nothing more. the hotel is super dirty and full of bugs. ( I took photo if someone denied I can send!) super uncomfortable and you will just regret it!

Nice hotel with big rooms at a good price. Not that far at all, because you can take bus 146 for about 30-40 minutes and it is still within zone 1. Normal ticket is ok. There is a very good Biedronka nearby. I had a good stay

the location is terrible and there were a cockroach in the bathroom, the manager didn't speak english

relatively clean room and bathroom, clean sheets and towels, working tv

window view, smell of cigarettes was present in the room all the time, no instructions about the facility policies and wifi password in the room

The rooms were nice & clean and spacious.

The kitchen area is very grotty, cookers with 8 rings and only one of each of the two coolers work. The kettles were filthy, you need to turn up there with your own pots and pans cutlery crockery and kitchen utensils. The male boss of the hotel is not friendly or helpful in any way and is very very rude, however the female member of staff is lovely and super helpful. The only thing around here is the supermarket, there is nothing much else to see or do here.

Access to high ways

Currently there is a lot of construction going on in the area. It isn't noisy or anything, far from it, but it was a little difficult to find the hotel and Google is incorrect. Staff were lovely, room was clean and bed was comfortable. For a budget hotel is was superb!

Price was not the same as I reserved in Booking. Staff speaks only Polish so there was no possibility to talk not about price not anything else
